Abstract

A taillight unit that realizes reduction of the height dimension thereof, miniaturization of the taillight unit and enhancement of the support strength for the base plate thereof. The taillight unit (10) comprises a case (11) and a lens (12) and, interposed therebetween, a base plate (13) provided with LED (31,32). The base plate (13) is disposed along the anteroposterior direction of a vehicle. The base plate (13) at its one edge is provided with a first reflector (21) arranged on the case (11) side, and the base plate (13) at its other edge is provided with a second reflector (22) arranged on the lens (12) side, so that the base plate (13) is interposed between the first reflector (21) and the second reflector (22).
