Abstract

The present invention relates to equipment for the displacement of people in height in wind towers, enabling their vertical and horizontal translation around the tower and the blades, consisting of three modules: winch or vertical displacement (24), horizontal displacement (25), and rail (26). The winch, has two independent cables. The first cable (working cable, 10) is controlled by the operator and allows the ascent and the descent. The second cable (safeguarding cable, 4) goes up as a result of the action of the lifting engine and goes down as a result of the action of the weight of the operator that actuates the centrifugal brakes and/or the gearing system of the winch. Thus, the descent is made at a constant speed.
