Abstract
A kind of preparation process for a prestress aluminum-clad steel wire includes: a steel wire enters the continuous extrusion covering machine together with an aluminum rod to form aluminum-clad steel wire. The steel wire is heated between 350 to 480 degrees Centigrade so as to carry out a prestressing treatment. The temperature in inner die space of the continuous extrusion covering machine ranges from 450 to 600 degrees centigrade and the pressure is 60 to 80 MPa. The covering speed of the entered rod in the same inner die space is 80-200 meters per minute. The prestress aluminum-clad steel wire produced by the above technicsimproves character of corrosion resistant of the prestress steel wire because the surface is compounded as a coating of corrosion resistant high purity aluminum. The prestress aluminum-clad steel wire has high intensity and has low relaxation and corrosion resistant properties.

Abstract
A production process of a prestress aluminum-cladding stranded wire comprises steps as follows of : executing surface treatment to the wire rod by conventional acid pickling, awning and drying, then through a drawbench drawing the steel wire to a desired specification, enabling the steel wire intensity to achieve certain intensity. Before entering a continuous extruding cladding machine, the steel wire is washed, dried, and preheated. Meanwhile, an electrician aluminum pole or an aluminum alloy pole is washed, dried and straightened. The aluminum pole enters from another end of cladding machine, and aluminum material is extruded by the continuous extruding cladding machine to wrap outside the steel wire. The next step is cooling, drying and recovering the wire. Then aluminum-cladding steel wire is intertwisted for forming stranded wire. After heating in an intermediate frequency stove, and carrying on the stabilizing treatment, the prestress aluminum-clad stranded wire is formed finally. The prestress aluminum-clad stranded wire in this invention has high intensity and has low relaxation and corrosion resistant properties.
