Abstract
A rotary bag supply mechanism comprises a base (1). A main shaft (2) is vertically provided above the base (1) and is driven to rotate by an electric mechanism. A horizontal turnplate (3) is provided at the main shaft (2). A plurality of bag-mounting rods (4) are uniformly arranged along a circumference of the turnplate (3). Rear sections of the bag-mounting rods (4) are hinged to an upper surface of the turnplate (3). A horizontal position-limiting plate (5) is provided above the turnplate (3). Rear ends of the bag-mounting rods (4) abut against a lower surface of the position-limiting plate (5). The lower surface of the position-limiting plate (5) has an upwardly recessed portion (6) for abutting against the rear portion of the bag-mounting rod (4). The rotary bag supply mechanism has a simple structure.

Abstract
Provided are a vacuum packaging method, a vacuum package processing device and a processing method thereof. The vacuum package processing device comprises a shaping mechanism (6) at a shaping station and a vacuum-pumping mechanism (7) at a vacuum-pumping station. The shaping mechanism comprises a shaping mechanism lifting cylinder (12), a shaping mechanism mounting plate (13), an upper shaping plate connecting plate (14) and a shaping plate (16), wherein the shaping mechanism lifting cylinder is mounted on the shaping mechanism mounting plate, a movable end of the shaping mechanism lifting cylinder is hinged to the upper shaping plate connecting plate, a balance guide shaft (19) is arranged between the shaping mechanism mounting plate and the upper shaping plate connecting plate, the upper shaping plate connecting plate is connected to the shaping plate through an elastic cushion block (15), and a vibration cylinder (17) is arranged on the shaping plate. The device combines secondary heat-sealing together with vacuum packaging, improving the stability, increasing the success rate and reducing the traditional waiting time. By means of separately arranging the shaping mechanism and the vacuum-pumping mechanism, the packaging not only has improved efficiency, flatness and appearance, but also has a stable and reliable structure.

Abstract
A removal and detection mechanism for defective packaging on a vacuum packaging line and an operation method thereof, wherein the removal mechanism comprises a control module, a conveyor belt (11), a packaging blocking mechanism (10), a positioning and centering mechanism (9) and a packaging retrieval mechanism (2). The packaging blocking mechanism (10) comprises a movable blocking plate (21), and the positioning and centering mechanism (9) comprises centering plates (14, 15). When packaging (12) is blocked by the blocking plate (21) at a blocking position, the centering plates (14, 15) clamp the object packaging and apply a preset clamping force. The packaging retrieval mechanism (2) comprises a torque measuring device, a stroke measuring device, and a grabbing device arranged above a conveying surface of the conveyor belt. A driving mechanism and a packaging-grabbing mechanism are arranged in the grabbing device, and the packaging-grabbing mechanism moves toward a grabbing surface (19) of the packaging (12). If the packaging-grabbing mechanism has not made contact with the grabbing surface within a preset time, the packaging retrieval mechanism (2) determines that the packaging (12) is defective packaging. After the packaging-grabbing mechanism has made contact with the grabbing surface (19), the packaging-grabbing mechanism applies pressure to the grabbing surface (19). If the grabbing surface (19) is deformed to an extent greater than a threshold value, the packaging retrieval mechanism (2) determines that the packaging (12) is defective packaging. The present device can detect and remove packaging without an effective vacuum seal from the conveyor belt.

Abstract
A modular fully-automatic woven bag packing machine and a use method thereof. The packing machine comprises, sequentially provided along a packing bag loading process flow direction, an automatic bag loading machine (10), an electronic quantitative scale (20), an automatic bag sorting machine (30), and a bag sewing machine (40). Rapid positioning devices are provided between the automatic bag loading machine (10) and the electronic quantitative scale (20), between the electronic quantitative scale (20) and the automatic bag sorting machine (30), and between the automatic bag sorting machine (30) and the bag sewing machine (40). The automatic bag loading machine (10) comprises a conveyor belt (110). A suction cup (120) raised and lowered by a bag-loading raising and lowering cylinder (111) is disposed above the conveyor belt. A pivoting arm (210) rotated by a pivoting-arm driving device is provided in the electronic quantitative scale (20). A lower end of the electronic quantitative scale (20) facing the pivoting arm is provided with a bag holding device (220) for holding a bag mouth. The electronic quantitative scale (20) comprises a lower portion electronic scale platform (230) and a feed port (231) located above the electronic scale platform. The packing machine has a simple structure, is automatic, and can be formed by assembling modules. Multiple processes respectively correspond to multiple modular devices capable of being rapidly separated or combined. If a bag is incompatible, or if a device module is faulty, the module can be removed, rapid combination can be realized by means of the rapid positioning devices, and automatic operation can be replaced by manual operation when necessary, preventing production progress from being affected.

Abstract
A bag-clamping conveying mechanism and an operating method thereof. The bag-clamping conveying mechanism comprises a rack (10) and a conveyor belt (20) provided on the rack (10) for conveying a packaging bag. A bag clamping device (101), a heat-sealing device (102), and a cold pressing device (103) are provided above the conveyor belt (20) in sequence along the output direction of the conveyor belt (20). Finger cylinder groups used for clamping a bag opening are provided at the upper portions of both sides of the conveyor belt (20), respectively. Each finger cylinder group comprises a first finger cylinder (310), a second finger cylinder (320), and a third finger cylinder (330). The first finger cylinder (310), the second finger cylinder (320), and the third finger cylinder (330) are fixed on a slide block (340). The rack is provided with a first guide rail (110) matching the slide block. Driving devices for driving the slide block (340) to slide along the first guide rail (110) are provided at the both sides of the conveyor belt (20). The bag-clamping conveying mechanism is simply structured. In a circulation process of an entire packaging procedure, by virtue of reciprocating action of pneumatic fingers at the both sides of the conveyor belt, a packaging bag opening can be fixed in the entire conveying process, so that the shape uncertainty of the bag opening is excluded, and the heat-sealing position of each packaging bag is consistent and smooth seal is achieved.
