Abstract

The present invention relates to a carbon felt heating device and a method for manufacturing same and, more particularly, to a carbon felt heating device and a method for manufacturing same, wherein a carbon felt is inserted between a pair of substrates, and the carbon felt and the substrates are bonded to each other by a heat sealing method. The technical subject matter of the present invention is a carbon felt heating device comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed above the first substrate; and a carbon felt inserted between the first substrate and the second substrate so as to emit heat as power is applied thereto, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are bonded to each other by a heat sealing method to prevent the leakage of carbon particles included in the carbon felt.
