Abstract
Provided is an SRAM cell structure having 3 P-channel transistors and 3 N-channel transistors. The SRAM cell device includes a first inverter composed of a CMOS; a second inverter composed of a CMOS, the input terminal of which is connected to the output terminal of the first inverter, and the output terminal of which is connected to the input terminal of the first inverter; a first access transistor connected between the bit line (BL) and the input terminal of the first inverter; and a second access transistor connected in parallel with the first access transistor. The first access transistor is composed of an N-channel transistor and is switched by the WL signal. The second access transistor is composed of a P-channel transistor and is switched by the inverse signal (WWL) of the WRITE signal.

Disclosed is a method for separating methane capable of selectively separating high-purity methane from natural gas, a mixture of various gases, using a solid hydrate. The method for separating methane involves preparing a solid hydrate where a thermodynamic promoter is captured in large cavities (sll-L), and small cavities (sll-S) being empty, and supplying natural gas to the solid hydrate, allowing the selective capture of methane in the small cavities (sll-S) of the solid hydrate. The methane captured using the solid hydrate is of high purity and can be utilized in various industrial fields.

Abstract
The present inventive concept relates to a method of manufacturing a highly active oxygen evolution electrode used in an alkaline water electrolysis cell. According to the present inventive concept, a simple method of exposing the surface of a nickel electrode to water vapor induces the formation of a hydroxide layer including NiOOH and Ni(OH)2 on the surface of the nickel electrode, and in the formed hydroxide layer, especially NiOOH improves oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity, lowers the overpotential, and improves charge transfer dynamics, thereby significantly improving the oxygen evolution reaction performance and long-term stability of the nickel electrode. Therefore, the nickel electrode on which the hydroxide layer is formed can be usefully used as a water electrolysis oxygen evolution electrode.

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a coated stent for coronary arteries, which enables effective treatment of coronary artery perforations that may occur during procedures such as those for angina pectoris and myocardial infarction. The coated stent for coronary arteries according to the present disclosure can prevent restenosis after implantation and provides enhanced in vivo stability due to reduced detachment force.

The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has limitations, including a lack of efficient search strategies and inefficiencies in securing primer sequence lengths, despite its high sensitivity and specificity. Therefore, the present invention has been devised to address these issues, concerning a composition for the selection of the desired nucleic acid and a method for nucleic acid selection using it. By using the composition and method of the present invention, it becomes possible to hierarchically, efficiently, and selectively detect and amplify subsets of oligonucleotides with high specificity, which is expected to be widely utilized in the overall bio/medical field.

In addition, the selected strain is a strain present in the human intestine and has excellent safety due to low therapeutic side effects, and thus is expected to be advantageously used for treatment of autoimmune diseases and the like through immune activity inhibition.

Noise point data is generated by converting a vibration signal, measured at a source (noise point) of the vibration signal at a first time, into a frequency domain. Deep learning is applied to the noise point data and the sound point data to generate a noise prediction model for predicting frequency data of a vibration at the noise point using frequency data indicating a vibration at the sound point. The present inventive concept relates to a surface-modified zeolite for direct air capture, and more particularly, to a zeolite for carbon dioxide capture whose surface is modified through sodium ion exchange. The zeolite for carbon dioxide capture is prepared by mixing a zeolite support and a supporting solution to form a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution to perform ion exchange, followed by evaporation, washing, drying and calcining. Provided is a method for generating an initial guess for simulating a semiconductor device. The method includes; (a) setting 1D direction for a 3D semiconductor device to be simulated and 2D cross sections perpendicular to the 1D direction; (b) setting a charge intensity-gate voltage model for the 2D cross sections; (c) numerically solving an electron or hole continuity equation along the 1D direction to detect integrated electron charge density and quasi-Fermi potential for the 2D cross sections; and (d) calculating a physical quantity for each position of the 2D cross sections by applying the integrated electron charge density and the quasi-Fermi potential for the 2D cross sections to the charge density-gate voltage model, and providing the calculated physical quantity as the initial guess for the semiconductor device simulation. Therefore, the initial solution according to the present invention can accelerate the speed of the semiconductor device simulation.

Provided is an electrolyte including a bromine complexing agent and a metal ion additive. The electrolyte is prepared by inputting zinc bromide (ZnBr2) salt, a bromine complexing agent, and a metal ion additive containing Mn to DI water. The bromine complexing agent prevents a crossover phenomenon by capturing bromine to alleviate self-discharge at a positive electrode, and the metal ion additive inhibits the formation of zinc dendrites on a negative electrode through an electrostatic shielding effect. Accordingly, battery performance may be improved by a synergistic effect generated in a positive electrode and a negative electrode by the bromine complexing agent and the metal ion additive.

The present disclosure relates to a method of producing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) using a microorganism of the genus Desemzia. According to the present disclosure, to overcome transportation cost problems associated with a special transport container, a low temperature and a stabilizer, other than the production cost of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), Desemzia sp. strain C1, a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-producing microorganism, is isolated, cultured, and used to produce hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and thus it may overcome the transportation cost problems and may be effectively used in an environmentally friendly and economical way in pollutant degradation processes, including sewage treatment plants.
