Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical detection. Disclosed is a use of an ERAP2 detection reagent in the preparation of a product for predicting the prognosis of POI. Also disclosed in the present invention is a use of ERAP2 as a biomarker in the preparation of a product for predicting the prognosis of POI. The prognosis of POI is intermittent recovery of ovarian function and/or a pregnancy outcome. In the present invention, it has been found by means of experimental studies that a serum ERAP2 level has a significant association with the prognosis of a POI patient, is an independent influencing factor, and has relatively high specificity and sensitivity. Therefore, ERAP2 can serve as a biomarker for predicting the prognosis of POI. The present invention provides a theoretical basis and clinical practice guidance for the prognosis of POI, and has important application value.

Abstract

The present invention is characterized by: a body unit that is coupled to a charging terminal of a charging target and transmits power, supplied from a power supply unit, to the charging target; and an outer body surrounding the body unit and having an inlet, through which the refrigerant fluid supplied from a refrigerant supply unit flows into a space between the inner circumferential surface of the outer body and the outer circumferential surface of the body unit, and an outlet, through which the refrigerant fluid is discharged from the space. The purpose of the present invention is to improve cooling efficiency and performance by cooling a charging connector directly with the refrigerant fluid, without the need for a separate component forming a cooling flow path through which the refrigerant fluid flows. According to the present invention, the refrigerant fluid can flow along a guide member for guiding an optimal heat flow path, enables efficient cooling by coming into direct contact with the charging connector, and improves long-term mechanical durability by alleviating thermal stress and thermal load that act locally in the prior art. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate charging pauses during which charging power is cut off when the temperature converges to a connector safety temperature due to localized heat generation which occurred in the prior art, and significantly reduce charging time by allowing continuous charging by satisfying the safety temperature even at high charging powers.

According to the non-destructive inspection method, it is possible to predict whether a defect is present within an inspection object and the depth of the inspection object in a non-destructive learning way, by augmenting a floor reflected signal into which physical characteristics of a defect reflected signal are incorporated through random scaling, applying an arbitrary defect signal to a random location, and determining whether a defect is present based on an average of the absolute values of a defect prediction signal and a statistical threshold by training a model in a way to remove the arbitrary defect signal through the structure of the denoising autoencoder.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for separating methane capable of selectively separating high-purity methane from natural gas, a mixture of various gases, using a solid hydrate. The method for separating methane involves preparing a solid hydrate where a thermodynamic promoter is captured in large cavities (sll-L), and small cavities (sll-S) being empty, and supplying natural gas to the solid hydrate, allowing the selective capture of methane in the small cavities (sll-S) of the solid hydrate. The methane captured using the solid hydrate is of high purity and can be utilized in various industrial fields.

Abstract

The present inventive concept relates to a method of manufacturing a highly active oxygen evolution electrode used in an alkaline water electrolysis cell. According to the present inventive concept, a simple method of exposing the surface of a nickel electrode to water vapor induces the formation of a hydroxide layer including NiOOH and Ni(OH)2 on the surface of the nickel electrode, and in the formed hydroxide layer, especially NiOOH improves oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity, lowers the overpotential, and improves charge transfer dynamics, thereby significantly improving the oxygen evolution reaction performance and long-term stability of the nickel electrode. Therefore, the nickel electrode on which the hydroxide layer is formed can be usefully used as a water electrolysis oxygen evolution electrode.

Abstract

A degradation level of a noise source is predicted by performing deep learning using frequency data indicating a vibration of the noise source during a time period and degradation data indicating degradation of the noise source during the predetermined period to determine a state estimation model. First vibration signals are measured at the noise point during a monitoring period. The first vibration signals are converted into a frequency domain, and the frequency domain converted first vibration signals are input into the state estimation model to estimate time series degradation data of degradation of the noise source during the monitoring period. A degradation prediction model is determined by deep learning using the time series degradation data. Degradation data indicating predicted degradation of the noise source during a prediction period are predicted via the degradation prediction model. A remaining useful life of the noise source may be calculated.

Abstract

Noise point data is generated by converting a vibration signal, measured at a source (noise point) of the vibration signal at a first time, into a frequency domain. Sound point data is generated by converting the vibration signal, measured at a sound point (different from the noise point) at the first time, into a frequency domain. Deep learning is applied to the noise point data and the sound point data to generate a noise prediction model for predicting frequency data of a vibration at the noise point using frequency data indicating a vibration at the sound point. The noise prediction model is applied to target vibration signal, measured at the sound point at a second time, to predicting target noise point data indicating vibration at the noise point. The predicted target noise point data is used to diagnose a fault at the noise point.

Abstract

The present inventive concept is related to an Nb4N5 three-dimensional nanostructure with a nitrogen-doped NbO nanostructure, an Fe4N/Nb4N5 three-dimensional nanocomposite with a nitrogen-doped FeNbO nanostructure, preparation methods thereof, and a method for electrolysis of freshwater and seawater by means of a two-electrode cell composed of an Nb4N5 nanostructure electrode and an Fe4N/Nb4N5 nanocomposite electrode. The three-dimensional structured nanocatalyst according to the present inventive concept is economically viable because it has thermodynamic stability under alkaline HER conditions, does not require the use of expensive rare metals in industrial processes, and possesses excellent HER activity, making it a potential substitute for Pt. Moreover, it can provide a low electrical barrier as well as great electrochemical surface area, making it suitable to be designed as an industrial catalyst. Furthermore, according to the present inventive concept, it is possible to demonstrate the water electrolysis method for a long time at high current densities without an increase in cell voltage.
