Abstract

The invention relates to a torsionally elastic shaft coupling (1) for transmitting torques. The aim is for the shaft coupling to damp vibrations, insulate structure-borne noise and compensate for the relative movements of the drive machine or reduction gear and output. For this purpose, the shaft coupling has a drive-end torsionally elastic coupling unit (2) and an output-end torsionally elastic coupling unit (3). Furthermore, an intermediate shaft (4) torque-transmittingly connects the drive-end coupling unit (2) to the output-end coupling unit (3) and is cardanically movably connected to the drive-end and output-end coupling units (2, 3) via connecting flanges (5, 6), the intermediate shaft (4) being made of a lightweight material. The invention also relates to a lightweight shaft.

Abstract

The invention relates to a fitting device (1) and to a method for creating a connection, for example a press-fit connection, between two pipe joint sections (2, 3). The problem addressed by the invention is that of allowing effective automation of the creation of a connection between two pipe joint sections (2, 3). For this purpose, the invention proposes providing a manipulator (M) for moving a fitting tool (4), located on the manipulator (M), in space, wherein the fitting device (1) comprises at least one sensor (S) for detecting the position of at least one first pipe joint section (2) relative to the fitting device (1), the fitting device (1) being designed to use the fitting tool (4) to grasp the first pipe joint section (2), the position of which has been detected, and align it with a second pipe joint section (3), the fitting tool (4) being designed to connect the mutually aligned pipe joint sections (2, 3) to one another.

Abstract

Frequently, the aim of torsionally elastic clutches is to allow the assembly of the clutches in a powertrain as simply or as flexibly as possible. At the same time, the clutches should be designed such that an angular or axial displacement can be adjusted in order to compensate for tolerances or changes in position. In some cases, an assembly is not possible due to the structural peculiarities of the clutches or a displacement cannot be sufficiently adjusted. The invention proposes designing a torsionally elastic clutch device 1 so as to be pluggable at an interface between a clutch hub 10 and a clutch intermediate flange 30 and providing corresponding clutch components 20, 40, in particular a retaining element 40 with one or more shearing bodies 20. The clutch hub 10 and the clutch intermediate flange 30 each have openings 11, 31 in which the shearing bodies 20 can be arranged. In this manner, the assembly can be simplified, the range of use of the clutch device can be expanded, and an axial displacement can also be better adjusted.

In order, in a coupling of said type, to be able to vary the stiffness of the coupling in a wide range of variation and in a finely graduated manner at low cost despite the use of a permanently soft, resiliently elastic material for the outer ring (2), the invention proposes that the inlay ring be composed of a partially crystalline thermoplastic polymer. Said polymer expediently has substantially the same density as the resiliently elastic material, and is preferably a polyamide.

Abstract

Abstract

The invention relates to a torsionally elastic shaft coupling comprising an input flange (1) and an output flange (2) which are each used for connecting the shaft coupling to adjacent machine elements, two serially connected, elastic elastomer members (7, 13), and an intermediate member (8) that is connected to the input flange (1) via the first elastomer member (7) and to the output flange (2) via the second elastomer member (13) in such a way that torque can be transmitted from the input flange (1) to the intermediate member (8) via the first, softer elastomer member (7) and from the intermediate member (8) to the output flange (2) via the second, harder elastomer member (13). A stop (9) which limits the torsional angle between the input flange (1) and the intermediate member (8) is located between the intermediate member (8) and the input flange (1). The aim of the invention is to further develop such an elastic shaft coupling such that the same is designed in a particularly compact fashion. Said aim is achieved by the fact that the second, hard elastomer member (13) surrounds the first, soft elastomer member (7).
