Abstract

An energy dissipation type beam-column joint, comprising a steel column and a steel beam, the steel beam comprising a middle beam section and a short beam section used for a welding connection to the steel column; a gap is formed between the middle beam section and the short beam section; a web of the middle beam section and a web of the short beam section are connected by means of a rotating friction energy dissipation damper; and a flange of the middle beam section and a flange of the short beam section are connected by means of a connecting plate and/or a damper. The short beam section and the middle beam section are connected by means of the rotating friction energy dissipation damper. Under the action of a small earthquake, the beam-column joint does not rotate, and only elastic deformation occurs at the joint; under the action of a strong earthquake, the beam column joint rotates, the friction interface of the rotating friction energy dissipation damper forms rotational friction force, and seismic energy is dissipated, so that the main beam-column member in the beam-column joint is basically kept elastic, improving the anti-seismic performance in strong earthquakes, and effectively reducing damage to the beam column joint.

Abstract

A treatment apparatus and method for heavy metal-polluted wastewater. In a second photobioreactor (16), microalgae and extracellular secretions thereof interact with heavy metal ions to reduce the heavy metal ions into zero-valent heavy metal particles, wherein the zero-valent heavy metal particles can attach to the surface of a cell or penetrate through a cell membrane to reach the cytoplasmic part of the cell, so as to finally form a precipitate. Heavy metal nanoparticles formed by the interaction with the extracellular secretions can be enriched by means of electrophoresis and removed from water body. The water body discharged from an electrophoresis chamber (23) enters a first sedimentation tank (31) and is sedimented in the first sedimentation tank (31), and the obtained supernatant is treated water body. Upon detection, a high heavy metal ion removal rate is realized in the treated water body. In addition, heavy metals can be recovered by collecting the sediment at the bottom of the electrophoresis chamber (23) and the first sedimentation tank (31).

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of genetic breeding, and provides an application of CYP710A1 gene or a protein thereof, specifically, use of the CYP710A1 gene in improving the insect resistance of plants. A sterol C-22 dehydrogenase-1(AtCYP710A1) gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana is introduced into an Arabidopsis thaliana receptor material by means of an Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation method to obtain a plurality of transgenic positive strains. Indoor insect resistance experiments show that compared with a control group, the cholesterol content in the cotton bollworm fed by a transgenic plant is remarkably decreased, the weight of the first instar larva of the cotton bollworm is remarkably reduced, and the generation calendar period of the cotton bollworm is remarkably prolonged. Compared with a control group, the survival rates of the third and fourth instar larvae of the Apolygus lucorum fed by the transgenic plant are remarkably decreased. Therefore, the overexpression of the CYP710A1 gene in the plant can significantly affect the growth and development of the plant pests, thereby reducing the damage of the plant pests to the plant.

Abstract

The present invention provides an optimization method for a starting end reinforcement scheme of a shield tunnel, comprising the specific steps: obtaining shield tunnel engineering data and the temperature change curves of temperature measurement holes; according to the shield tunnel engineering data, separately constructing a heat convection numerical model and a hydrothermal coupling numerical model; after performing numerical simulation on the described two models, separately obtaining a first temperature change curve and a second temperature change curve; comparing and analyzing the temperature change curves of the temperature measurement holes with the first temperature change curve and the second temperature change curve, so that the influence condition of seepage on the development pattern of a temperature field can be obtained; and finally, optimizing the freezing scheme of an existing shield tunnel according to the influence condition of seepage on the development pattern of the temperature field. Therefore, it is ensured that the shield tunnel can be safely used.
