Abstract
A rail system (1) has a rail (20), a support device (10) for the rail (20), and a clamping device (40) for fixedly clamping the rail (20) in the support device (10). The clamping device (40) fixedly clamps the rail (20) in the support device (10) only in an operating situation. In the operating situation, a holding device (30) is arranged between the clamping device (40) and the rail (20) and releasably clamps the rail (20) in an installation situation in a predetermined position in the support device (10).

Abstract
The invention relates to a rail system (1) having a rail (20) and a support device (10) for the rail (20), which support device has a longitudinal axis (L) and is divided into a first support part (10.1) and a second support part (10.2) in parallel to the longitudinal axis (L), and further having a clamping device (40) for fixedly clamping the rail (20) in the support device (10), the clamping device (40) having a first clamping profile (40.1) and a second clamping profile (40.2), the rail system being characterised in that the first clamping profile (40.1) is formed integrally with the first support part (10.1) and, in a mounting situation, rests against a first circumferential portion (21) of the rail (20), and the second clamping part (40.2) is formed integrally with the second support part (10.2) and, in the operating state, fixedly rests against a second circumferential portion (22) of the rail (20), wherein, in the operating state, a fastening system (41; 41*) fixedly connects the first clamping profile (40.1) and the second clamping profile (40.2) to each other and clamps the rail (20) between the first clamping profile (40.1) and the second clamping profile (40.2).
