Abstract
Provided is a jaw crusher, which solves the problem of an existing crusher being prone to device damage due to a flywheel still driving a rotating shaft to rotate when the crusher is overloaded. During use of the present invention, when a movable jaw plate is overloaded, a protection mechanism is driven by a control module to disconnect a rotating shaft from a flywheel, so that the flywheel is idling on the rotating shaft, and the unpowered rotating shaft and the movable jaw plate rapidly stop moving, thereby effectively preventing damage to a device caused by the flywheel, which has a larger mass, driving the rotating shaft and the movable jaw plate to continue to move, and thus effectively protecting the device. A control box controls a screw rod to rotate; and a drive block is driven by the screw rod to move in a gap between two fixed plates, and by means of a drive inclined plane of the drive block matching an adjusting seat, the adjusting seat is driven to move toward the movable jaw plate, so that a gap between the movable jaw plate and a fixed jaw plate is compensated for. Therefore, the gap between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate can be adjusted without stopping the device, which is convenient for use.

Abstract
A hard material decomposition crusher, comprising a rack, a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, an eccentric shaft rod, and a flywheel. The flywheel is connected to the eccentric shaft rod. The eccentric shaft rod is also at the same time connected to a movable jaw, and an upper surface of the movable jaw is connected to the movable jaw plate. The fixed jaw plate is fixed onto a surface layer of the rack. Teeth of the fixed jaw plate and teeth of the movable jaw plate are uniformly distributed in arrays on surfaces of the jaw plates in the horizontal direction. The teeth on the movable jaw plate are in one-to-one correspondence with the teeth on the fixed jaw plate. The plane where a lower section of the fixed jaw plate is located is parallel to the plane where a lower section of the movable jaw plate is located. Cross sections of the teeth in the lower sections of the jaw plates are configured as isosceles trapezoids. By observing from a high angle of the crusher, the concave-convex and staggered teeth of the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate form a crushing cavity; by means of the arrangement of the shape of the teeth, the planes where the teeth are located are at oblique angles with the surfaces of the jaw plates, so that materials are in inclined planes during a crushing process; and the process is labor-saving.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a stone classification and crushing process, in which the following process flow is used: a stone bin -> a mud and stone separator -> primary crushing in a crusher -> conveyor No. 1 -> secondary crushing in the crusher -> conveyor No. 2 -> tertiary crushing in the crusher -> a sieving machine. Block stones and a mixture of fine stones and mud are obtained by means of separation performed by the mud and stone separator; the block stones are subjected to the primary crushing in the crusher, the secondary crushing in the crusher, and the tertiary crushing in the crusher, so as to complete the course of stone treatment; and the mixture of fine stones and mud has mud filtered out therefrom by means of a cleaning pool, and is then conveyed to undergo the secondary crushing in the crusher and the tertiary crushing in the crusher, so as to complete the course of stone treatment. The rotation speed of the mud and stone separator is 45 r/min, and the pore diameter of a screen sieve is 50 mm. In the stone classification and crushing process of the present invention, a mud and stone separation procedure is added to an existing technological process flow, so as to treat organic matter such as mud prior to crushing, thereby omitting two subsequent cleaning operations, greatly saving on energy, and improving operation efficiency.

The device comprises a frame (1), a driving motor (9), an eccentric main shaft (3), a crushing cone part (5) and a stationary hammer body, wherein a bearing is mounted outside the vertically arranged eccentric main shaft (3), a sealing shaft sleeve (13) is sleeved on an outer side of the bearing, a lubrication channel (12) is formed between the eccentric main shaft (3) and the bearing, and a lower end of the lubrication channel (12) is connected to an oil outlet pipeline (7); and an oil channel is provided in the eccentric main shaft (3) from bottom to top, an upper end of the oil channel is connected to an upper end of the lubrication channel (12), a lower end of the oil channel is connected to an oil inlet pipeline (6), and the oil inlet pipeline (6) and the oil outlet pipeline (7) are connected to an oil cavity for storing liquid lubricating oil. The device realizes automatic oil supply for lubrication by means of the high-speed operation of a driving shaft of an apparatus itself and by means of utilizing a centrifugal principle, without the need to additionally provide power for the liquid lubricating oil, thereby reducing the energy consumption and operation costs and saving on assembly space.

Abstract
A garbage sorting and conveying apparatus, comprises a feed hopper (1), a sorting and conveying device (2), a collection device (3), and a frame (4); the sorting and conveying device (2) comprises a conveying portion and a sorting portion, the conveying portion comprising a conveyor belt (21) carrying garbage and transmission wheels driving the conveyor belt (21) to operate; the feed hopper (1) is provided above a feed end, and the collection device (3) is provided close to a discharge end and is located below the discharge end; the sorting portion comprises a throwing mechanism and an air supplying mechanism; the throwing mechanism is provided below the conveyor belt (21), and is able to act on the conveyor belt (21) so as to throw up the garbage on the conveyor belt (21); the air supplying mechanism comprises a sealing cover (24) covering the conveyor belt (21), and an air inlet duct (25) provided on the sealing cover (24), the air inlet duct (25) being connected to a wind source to supply air into the sealing cover (24) and blow air to the garbage. By means of throwing and air blowing, materials with different mass have speed differences during conveying, so as to form different motion trajectories, so that effective separation is achieved at the discharge end.

Abstract
A construction waste separation system comprises a crushing device, a winnowing device (2), and a screening device for screening winnowed construction waste. The crushing device, the winnowing device (2), and the screening device are sequentially disposed, and are connected to each other by means of a conveying device. The winnowing device (2) comprises a conveying portion for conveying construction waste and a separation portion for separating the construction waste during conveying of the construction waste. The separation portion comprises a material throwing mechanism for throwing the construction waste and a blowing mechanism for blowing the construction waste. The construction waste separation system separates the construction waste by means of winnowing, thereby avoiding secondary pollution. In addition, the screening device is provided behind the winnowing device (2), thereby effectively separating construction waste having different particle sizes. The separation effect and separation speed of construction waste are improved by means of cooperation between the winnowing device (2) and the screening device. The material throwing mechanism is provided on the winnowing device (2), such that light construction waste is easily blown, thereby further improving the separation effect.
