Abstract

A processing device after pancake forming, comprising a cutting and conveying device, a drying device, and a packaging device. The cutting and conveying device comprises a front conveying belt (1), a cutting and conveying belt (2), and a cutting blade. The front conveying belt (1) is used for receiving a formed pancake and transporting same to the cutting and conveying belt (2). The cutting blade is used for cutting a pancake having a water content not lower than a first preset value on the cutting and conveying belt (2). The drying device is used for drying the pancake until the water content is lower than a second preset value. The packaging device is used for packaging the dried pancake. Also disclosed is a processing process after pancake forming. According to the processing device and processing process after pancake forming, crushing and crumb falling in the pancake cutting process can be effectively avoided, and collection is easy.
