Abstract
Provided are a two-part electromagnet stirring member, a two-part electromagnet semi-solidification die-casting device comprising same, and a manufacturing method using same, the two-part electromagnet stirring member comprising a plurality of magnetic-field generators therein and provided by being divided into a first electromagnetic stirrer and a second electromagnetic stirrer, wherein the first electromagnetic stirrer and the second electromagnetic stirrer are coupled into a ring shape so as to surround the outer circumferential surface of a sleeve to electromagnetically stir molten metal in the sleeve, and are coupled such that the magnetic-field generators are positioned at radially equal intervals with respect to the sleeve.

Abstract
Provided is a titanium insert sleeve of an electromagnetic stirring high-pressure casting device, comprising: a cylindrical main body portion having a hollow body; an insert portion coupled to the inner surface of the main body portion and having a hollow in which a plunger tip moves; and a flange for coupling the insert portion to the inner surface of the main body portion so as to be fixed thereto, wherein the insert portion is made of titanium or a titanium alloy, and wear due to dissolution loss is suppressed.
