A tire equipped with a sensor patch includes a sensor module and a sensor patch. The sensor patch is formed integrally with the inner liner of the tire by being vulcanized into the inner circumferential surface, and an accommodation space is formed in a region so that the sensor module can be fixed therein. A sensor patch is integrated with the inner liner without damaging the inner liner, and thus the sensor patch can be strongly bound to the tire. Disclosed is a rubber composition for tire treads and a tire manufactured using the same. More particular, the rubber composition for tire treads includes 50 to 200 parts by weight of a wet masterbatch prepared by reacting a styrene-butadiene latex, a carbon black and a liquid styrene-butadiene copolymer at 50 to 95° C. for three to nine hours according to a batchwise method, 60 to 70 parts by weight of a raw rubber, and 50 to 200 parts by weight of a carbon black. Accordingly, the rubber composition for tire treads has enhanced grip and anti-wear performances under a condition of heavy load, high slip and high speed, and thus, may be usefully used in manufacturing a ultra-high performance tire.
A pneumatic tire for a vehicle is herein disclosed. The pneumatic tire includes a tread, side walls, and beads. A plurality of tread blocks and grooves are formed in the tread. Kerfs are formed in the tread blocks. Each kerf face of each of the kerfs includes a flange portion, a plurality of concave kerf portions, and a plurality of convex kerf portions. The flange portion is formed in the outermost portion of the tread. The concave kerf and convex kerf portions are connected to the flange portion, and are alternately formed in depth and lengthwise directions of the kerf. The concave kerf portions correspond to opposite convex kerf portions. The convex kerf portions correspond to opposite concave kerf portions. The concave and convex kerf portions are configured such that the protrusion directions of the concave and convex kerf portions are opposite to each other.
Provided are a rubber composition for tire tread, which exhibits excellent cut and chip resistance and also exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and heat generation resistance performances that are in a trade-off relationship with the cut and chip resistance, and a tire produced using the rubber composition. The rubber composition for tire tread has excellent abrasion resistance and cut and chip resistance, and thus a tire produced using the rubber composition for tire tread can be suitably used in buses or trucks.
