Disclosed is a multi-functional storage box, comprising: a first box body (1) comprising a first bottom plate (11) and a first side wall (12), wherein the first side wall (12) is arranged on the first bottom plate (11) to form a first side opening (13); a second box body (2) comprising a second bottom plate (21) and a second side wall (22), wherein the second side wall (22) is arranged on the second bottom plate (21) to form a second side opening (23), the second bottom plate (21) is adjoined to the first bottom plate (11), both the first bottom plate (11) and the second bottom plate (21) can be folded downwards along the joint, the second side opening (23) abuts against the first side opening (13), such that an accommodation cavity (16) with an upward opening is enclosed by the first box body (1) and the second box body (2), one end of the second side wall (22) is adjoined to one end of the first side wall (12) to form a left wall (161) of the accommodation cavity (16), and the other end of the second side wall (22) is adjoined to the other end of the first side wall (12) to form a right wall (162) of the accommodation cavity (16); and a flip cover (3) connected to the left wall (161) or the right wall (162) of the accommodation cavity (16), wherein the flip cover (3) can flip to cover the opening of the accommodation cavity (16). The multi-functional storage box can be folded in two directions, may be used as a pen box, a pen container or a mobile phone holder, and has a simple structure and is economical and practical.
