The outdoor high-weather-resistance bamboo scrimber prepared in the present invention has the advantages of high weather resistance, a high strength, being close to the original color of bamboo wood, etc., can satisfy the requirements for producing and manufacturing outdoor bamboo engineering materials and engineering members, and can be widely used in the field of modern bamboo wood structure building engineering.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a large-breadth, high-strength, weather-resistant bamboo-wood composite material, the method comprising the following steps: placing dried bamboo curtain units and dried wood veneers in a high-pressure impregnation treatment tank; adding a treatment liquid for impregnation treatment, with the treatment liquid comprising a phenolic resin adhesive and a mildew-proof preservative; drying and balancing the impregnated bamboo curtain units and the impregnated wood veneers, and then placing same on a conveyor belt for continuous splicing in length and blank assembling treatment to obtain an inside structure of a plate blank having longitudinally arranged bamboo and transversely arranged wood and having an upper layer and a lower layer which are staggered in an overlapped manner, and performing cutting when a preset thickness and a preset length are reached so as to obtain plate blanks; and sequentially performing hot-press molding and post-treatment on the plate blanks to obtain the large-breadth, high-strength, weather-resistant bamboo-wood composite material. The bamboo-wood composite material manufactured by means of this method can be spliced in length without limit in the lengthwise direction, and has a large transverse binding force and high mildew-proof and corrosion-proof capability.

Abstract

A silver/titanium dioxide in-situ loaded biomass material based on polydopamine modification and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: impregnating a pretreated biomass material in a dopamine solution, adjusting a pH value to be 8-10 and performing stirring reaction to obtain a polydopamine modified biomass material; first impregnating the polydopamine modified biomass material in a titanyl sulfate solution and then performing hydrolysis reaction in an alkaline solution having the pH value of 7-10 to obtain a titanium dioxide in-situ loaded biomass material; impregnating the obtained titanium dioxide in-situ loaded biomass material in a silver nitrate solution, performing reduction reaction, and drying the material to obtain the silver/titanium dioxide in-situ loaded biomass material. The method has the advantages that the method is simple, industrialization is easily implemented, a mildew-proof effect is good, and the like.
