According to the invention the carriage body (41) comprises a housing (411) with an interior space, in which an adjusting element (45) is provided, which is protruding through an opening (4111) out of the housing (411) and which is seated slidable in a direction at least approximately vertically to the running direction of the carriage (4), and which adjusting element (45) comprises a holding element (452) that interacts within the housing (411) with an adjusting element (47), that is displaceable in relation to the holding element (452) by means of an adjusting screw (46), which is held by the carriage body (41), so that the adjustment element (45) is held at a selected position, whereas either the part of the adjusting element (45) that is protruding out of the housing (411) is provided with the at least one running wheel (44) and the carriage body (41) is connected to the separation element (11); or the part of the adjusting element (45) that is protruding out of the housing (411) is connected to the separation element (11) and the carriage body (41) is provided with the at least one running wheel (44).

The carriage provided to hold a displaceable separation element comprises a carriage body provided with at least two running wheels, which carriage body is connected to a carrier profile, which serves to carry the separation element. According to the invention the threaded shank of an adjusting screw is rotationally held in the carriage body, which adjusting screw comprises below the screw head a flange ring, which supports a flange element provided in the carrier profile, which flange element comprises an opening, through which the screw head is guided. By rotating the adjusting screw the carrier profile can thus be optionally adjusted in height. In a preferred embodiment a tool channel is provided in the carrier profile, into which tool channel a conventional tool can be introduced.
