Abstract

A current-type inverter input-series output-parallel photovoltaic power generation system, comprising: a direct-current side photovoltaic cell, an alternating-current side power supply, and a plurality of single-phase current source inverter modules. Input ends of the plurality of single-phase current source inverter modules are connected in series and then are connected to the direct-current side photovoltaic cell. Output ends of the plurality of single-phase current source inverter modules are connected in parallel and then are connected to the alternating-current side power supply. The photovoltaic power generation system is formed by combining the plurality of single-phase current source inverter modules, forming a single-stage grid-connected inverter modularly combined system, so that the capacity of grid-connected inverters is improved, and the voltage stress and current stress borne by each inverter are reduced, thereby improving the reliability of the system. Additionally, the system can realize multi-level grid-connected current output, and achieves the effect of reducing the total harmonic content of a grid-connected current, so that the size of an alternating-current side filter is reduced.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a light-load operation control system and method for a three-phase CLLLC resonant converter. The light-load operation control system comprises: a PI regulator module, a VCO module, a comparison module, a phase shift module and a mode switching module; the PI regulator module is used for generating a required frequency and phase shift angle; the VCO module is used for generating a sine wave of the required frequency; the comparison module is used for outputting a rectangular wave pulse of the required frequency on the basis of the sine wave; the phase shift module is used for generating a rectangular wave pulse of the required phase shift angle; and the mode switching module is used for completing control mode switching on the basis of the rectangular wave pulse of the required frequency and the rectangular wave pulse of the required phase shift angle. Under a normal operating condition, the conduction loss can be reduced, and the efficiency is higher. Under a light load condition, one phase is cut off to realize a similar two-phase full-bridge structure, so that the switching loss and the loss generated by a circulating current are reduced, and the light load efficiency is improved. By means of two-phase phase shift control, the voltage gain range is widened, the switching frequency required for realizing a wide voltage gain requirement is reduced, and the switching loss is reduced.

Abstract

A circuit system for weight modulation and image recognition of a memristor array includes a personal computer (PC), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip, a digital-to-analog conversion unit, a switch unit, a memristor array unit, an integration and signal amplification circuit, and an analog-to-digital converter. The circuit system selects a to-be-realized function such as array reading and writing, weight modulation or image recognition, converts a command or an RGB value of an image collected by the PC into a corresponding grayscale value, and sends the grayscale value to the FPGA chip. The FPGA chip controls and selects a to-be-modulated memristor array unit through the digital-to-analog conversion unit and the switch unit. An application program of the PC controls the FPGA chip in real time to realize array reading and writing, weight modulation, and image recognition, and then the FPGA chip displays a result on the PC in real time.

Abstract

Provided is a surface passivation technique for a silicon wafer (1). By preparing a polystyrene sulfonic acid thin film (2) on the surface of a silicon wafer (1), passivation of the surface of the silicon wafer (1) is realized. The thickness of the polystyrene sulfonic acid thin film (2) prepared on the surface of the silicon wafer (1) is on the nano scale. After passivation of the surface of the silicon wafer (1) by the polystyrene sulfonic acid thin film (2), a high-quality passivation effect can be obtained, and the minority carrier lifetime can reach more than 20 ms. Besides this, the preparation of the polystyrene sulfonic acid thin film (2) can be realized by a spin-coating method, a spraying coating method or a printing method, etc., and the passivation technique has a simple process without requiring a vacuum or a high temperature, and is safe and convenient to operate. The provided passivation technique has a very important application value for silicon material detection and silicon solar energy cell surface passivation.
