The invention relates to an apparatus for introducing bulk materials in a contamination-free manner from an outlet of a supply container, comprising a tubular-sheet-material supply (3) which is supplied on a carrier tube (4) with an entry opening (40) and exit opening (41) and can be filled with the bulk material through the carrier tube, wherein the outlet of the supply container is assigned a first connecting and shut-off means (1) and the entry opening of the carrier tube is assigned a second connecting and shut-off means (2), and these two connecting and shut-off means can be brought into sealing abutment against one another and can be opened reversibly to form a through-opening for the bulk materials which are to be introduced. The invention also specifies a method of introducing bulk materials in a contamination-free manner.
