The present invention relates to a sliding-type evacuation device used in case of emergency including outbreak of fire. The present invention comprises: a door framework (10) installed at a passage forming a boundary between apartment units; door frames (20) mounted inside the door framework (10); a door panel (30) mounted between the door frames (20) to be slidable upward or downward to open or close the passage; and a guiding member (50) mounted to the door panel (30) and vertically moving along the door panel (30) to move the door panel (30) forward or backward to be received between the door frames (20).

The present invention relates to a safety evacuation apparatus using a cylinder and moving pulleys, the safety evacuation apparatus comprising: a moving-up/down guide footstep which moves up and down while supporting the feet of a person to be evacuated; a cylinder guide unit which is provided with a cylinder lift body that has an accommodation space therein and is fixed to an upper slab, and a plurality of cylinder lift guide ports which are arranged in the accommodation space of the cylinder lift body from the upper side toward the lower side of the accommodation space; a cylinder which is coupled to the lower end of the cylinder lift body to be expandable downward and contractable; a plurality of moving pulleys which are coupled to an end of the cylinder and move up and down according to the operation of the cylinder; and a wire which connects the cylinder lift guide ports to the moving pulleys and guides the movement of the moving-up/down guide footstep according to the expansion or contraction of the cylinder.

This self-driven emergency escape apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided with a disaster warning system which is installed in an emergency escape hole formed in a floor slab of a building and guides the evacuation of evacuees, comprises: a spiral spring part which is provided with a wire and is coupled to one side surface of the emergency escape hole in the circumferential direction, thereby providing a restoring force; a guide part which is provided with a rack gear on one side surface, and has one end disposed on the one side surface of the emergency escape hole and the other end extending downwards; a footrest part which is formed to correspond to the emergency escape hole, supports evacuees, and moves up and down along the guide part; and an ascending and descending guide part which has one side coupled to the footrest part and the other side gear-coupled to the rack gear of the guide part, and ascends and descends together with the footplate part.
