Abstract

A handle device for a vehicle includes a handle body, a latch release lever, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a lever push member. The handle body is driven from an initial position to a pop-up position by the electric actuator and is manually operated to a latch operation position. A latch of the door latch device is released by the latch release lever being driven to a latch release position. The lever push member rotates from an initial corresponding position and pushes the latch release lever toward the latch release position with an operation of the handle body. The lever push member is set with a moment of inertia to cancel an inertia force generated when a collision impact load is applied to the vehicle and to move the lever push member toward the latch release position.

Abstract

A vehicular handle device includes a handle body, a handle base, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a pushing member. The handle body is driven by the electric actuator from an initial position to a pop-up position, and manually operated to a latch operation position, thereby unlocking the door latch device. The handle body has a first end and a second end and power from the electric actuator is transmitted to the handle body from the first end. The pushing member is driven by the electric actuator and push the first end in a protruding direction in which the handle body protrudes from the handle base. The pushing member pushes the first end by an operation force in which an amount of change in a pushing amount of the first end gradually increases as the operation by the pushing member to push the first end proceeds further.

Abstract

A handle device for a vehicle includes a handle body, a latch release lever, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a push portion forming member. The handle body moves between an initial position, a pop-up position and to a latch operation position. The door latch device is released by the latch release lever rotating to a latch release position. The push portion forming member moves from an initial corresponding position to a latch operation corresponding position and has a lever push portion to, when the push portion forming member is at the latch operation corresponding position, rotate the latch release lever to the latch release position. The push portion forming member has a restriction wall to prevent, when the push portion forming member is between the initial corresponding position and a pop-up corresponding position, the latch release lever from rotating toward the latch release position.

Abstract

A door handle device for a vehicle includes a handle base including an inertia stopper and an operation handle including a stopper protruding portion. The operation handle is movable from an initial position to a use position and to a latch operation position. The inertia stopper has two stopper surfaces and is to rotate from a standby position to a regulation position due to inertia when a collision force is applied to the vehicle. The stopper protruding portion includes a first stopper to, when the operation handle is at the initial position, limit a movement of the operation handle toward the use position by abutting against one of the stopper surfaces, and a second stopper to, when the operation handle is at the use position, limit the movement of the operation handle toward the latch operation position by abutting against another one of the stopper surfaces.

Abstract

A carrier (7) can move between a locked position wherein a lock rod (8) can engage with an engagement-receiving part (SE) on a steering shaft (S) and a locking-side overrun position located anterior to the locked position. When in the locked position, the carrier (7) is in engagement with a gear member (4) via a mechanism for converting the rotational movement of the gear member (4) into a movement along a rotational axis (X) thereof, and when in the locking-side overrun position, is disengaged from the gear member (4) and allows the gear member (4) to spin. When the carrier (7) is in the locked position or closer to the steering shaft (S) side than the locked position, a stopper part (26) prevents the lock rod (8) from moving toward the steering shaft (S) side beyond the position of engagement with the engagement-receiving part (SE) on the steering shaft (S).

Abstract

This door handle device for a vehicle has a handle body, an output lever, a clutch member, and a detection member. The clutch member moves along the rotation axis of the handle body between a connected position and a disconnected position. The detection member drives the clutch member from the connected position to the disconnected position as the detection member moves from a protruding position to a retracted position. The clutch section is formed either at the connection section between the clutch member and the handle body or at the connection section between the clutch member and the output lever. The connection of the clutch section is released as the clutch member moves to the disconnected position.

Abstract

This rotary switch device is provided with: a terminal device to which a center contact and a fixed contact member are fixed; a movable contact member which, at one end, has a contact protrusion that presses against the center contact, and at the other end, a contact surface contacting the fixed contact member, and which is rotated about the center contact and, at a conduction rotation position, creates a short circuit between the center contact and the fixed contact member; and a bearing unit which is formed on the terminal base and supports the peripheral corner portion of the movable contact member that extends along the rotation direction during rotation of the contact surface. This movable contact member slides on the bearing unit with the peripheral corner portion as the sliding part, and the contact surface moves to the conduction rotation position in which said contact surface contacts the fixed contact member.

Abstract

This vehicle door handle device has a handle base, an operating handle, a stopper protrusion, and a part to be engaged. A hinge projection part is disposed at a rotation center-side end of the operating handle so as to protrude therefrom. A hinge restricting part of the handle base has: a ceiling wall that restricts the movement of the hinge projection part in the direction of a door panel; and a wall on which the hinge projection part is abutted. When the hinge projection part is in contact with the hinge restricting part, the incenter of the hinge restricting part coincides with the rotation center of the operating handle.
