Abstract

An industrial single-stage disc filter having a parallel water feeding configuration comprises an outer cylinder (1). A purified water outlet (9) and a waste water outlet (10) are arranged at a lower end of the outer cylinder (1). The outer cylinder (1) is provided with a filter element (2) therein. The filter element (2) comprises, from top to bottom, the following components: an upper water distribution disc (11), an upper flow-guide disc (12), a lower flow-guide disc (13) and a lower water distribution disc (14). A protruding platforms (15) is provided at an outer edge of upper and lower surfaces of the upper flow-guide disc (12). Through holes (16) are formed on the protruding platform (15) of the upper flow-guide disc (12). An opening is formed on an upper surface of the through hole (16) and arranged toward a side closer to the center. Raw water flow recesses (17) are formed at the protruding platform (15) of the lower surface of the upper flow-guide disc (12). The raw water flow recesses (17) and the through holes (16) are arranged in an alternating manner. A purified water recess (18) is formed at the center of the upper flow-guide disc (12).

At the same time, the requirement of the water inlet pressure is reduced, and the service life of the filter core (2) is effectively prolonged.
