Abstract
Main technical features of an iron core structure of motor rotor provided by the invention are that on a rotor iron core of a rotating motor, along a circumferential direction of a rotation axis of the motor as a center of circle, a plurality of through-hole-shaped spaces spaced apart from each other are arranged on the iron core in sequence. When the through-hole-shaped spaces form obstacles to a magnetic circuit in the rotor, the through-hole-shaped spaces are also provided for insertion of a plurality of straight rod-shaped coupling elements made of non-permeability magnetic material to fix an overlapping state of a plurality of silicon steel plates of the iron core in order to improve an overall rigidity of the iron core and reduce a possibility of deformation or damage of the silicon steel plates caused by centrifugal force of high-speed rotation.

Abstract
In an improved structure of high-frequency rotary mechanism, permanent magnets with an odd number of at least five are disposed in each pole of a motor rotor, one of the permanent magnets serves as a center, the other permanent magnets are symmetrically connected in series on two sides of the center, and adjacent ends of the permanent magnets located on two sides are made as a same magnetic pole, so that the adjacent ends are separated without directly abutting against each other by a repulsion distance under a repulsive effect of the same pole, relative positions between the adjacent permanent magnets are maintained by the repulsive effect, and structures of position limiting and support in the prior art for positioning are not required, thereby avoiding centrifugal force of high-speed rotation to act on the structures of position limiting and support, and reducing negative impact on a rotor iron core.

The invention discloses a position measuring mechanism and a measuring method of a linear motion system in which two sensors are respectively disposed on two sides of a stator, in addition to allowing a moving portion to perform bidirectional movement, under a premise of not increasing a quantity of the sensors, a measuring range of the sensors can be calculated based on information measured by the sensors themselves. In a quick measurement module provided by the present invention, a first distance sensing unit and a second distance sensing unit are provided individually on a movable seat, so that when the movable seat is displaced along a linear shifting axis, the first distance sensing unit senses the distance from the first reference plane, and meanwhile, the second distance sensing unit senses the distance from the second reference plane, so as to sense the linearity accuracy in movement of the movable seat with respect to the first reference plane and the second reference plane. The present invention provides a cooling mechanism between a linear motor rotor and a platform coupled thereto, characterized essentially in that a cooling portion is provided between the rotor and the platform, and further in that heat transfer is blocked between the cooling portion and the platform, thereby preventing heat received by the cooling portion during heat dissipation from being transferred to the platform, so as to ensure the precision of the platform.

A coil insulation structure for a rotating machine provided in the present invention is based on a conventional insulation technology. In particular, tooth portions of an iron core in which coil windings are inserted have a straight tooth structure without a shoe portion, and a component with an insulation effect is further added at a position of an opening of a groove in which the coil winding is located, so that an insulation effect is improved, and at the same time an added insulation component is used to ensure a thickness and a size of an inner layer located at a position adjacent to an air gap of a motor when the coil winding is encapsulated, thereby improving product quality.
