Abstract

Disclosed is a detection and determination method for a network anomaly during the production of a fully drawn yarn. The production of the fully drawn yarn comprises the following steps: under the action of an airflow, enabling a plurality of fiber yarns passing through a first yarn guide device (1) to form, in a network nozzle (2), a network tow with a plurality of network nodes, and then enabling the network tow to be processed and treated after same passes through a second yarn guide device (3). The detection and determination method comprises the following steps: during the production of a fully drawn yarn, acquiring an actual pressure value of an airflow after passing through a network nozzle (2), and comparing the actual pressure value with a pressure threshold or an initial pressure value of the airflow; and when the actual pressure value is less than or equal to the pressure threshold or when the absolute value of the difference between the actual pressure value and the initial pressure value of the airflow exceeds a set threshold, determining that a network tow has a network anomaly. By means of the detection and determination method, the situation where the network tows are clumped together can be efficiently and effectively determined in time, and a working condition of the network nozzle can then be determined on this basis, such that the lagging and low-efficiency method in the prior art is avoided.
