METHOD OF COATING METAL STRUCTURAL MEMBER TO RESIST CORROSION, COMPOSITION OF COATING, AND STRUCTURAL MEMBER INCLUDING COATING
A structural member may include a primary metal member having a metal surface containing iron, the metal surface susceptible to corrosion, and a protective outer coating formed on the metal surface to resist corrosion. The coating may include a polyaspartic top coat layer and a passivation layer. The coating may be formed of a first part including an inorganic acid phosphate mixture and a second part including an inorganic alkaline metal oxide or hydroxide mixture. The first part may include an inorganic acid phosphate mixture having acidic phosphate component, filler, water as solvent, suspension agent, and non- ionic surfactant. The second part may include an inorganic alkaline metal oxide or hydroxide mixture having metal oxide or hydroxide, filler, water as solvent, suspension agent, and surfactant.

An interlocking sheet profile connector comprises a first and a second connecting profile. The first connecting profile includes a base attached to the first sheet pile wall element, a neck strip projecting from the base and a head strip of larger cross section on the free end of the neck strip. The invention relates to the use of an agent that contains 5 to 99.9% in weight of carbamide and/or at least a derivative thereof, as a cleaning agent for closed systems, in particular as a dishwasher detergent, as a laundry detergent for washing machines, as an agent for cleaning, sanitizing and/or disinfecting for equipment in the food processing industry and for medical equipment, the use as a hand dishwashing detergent or sanitary cleaner or as a hand cleaner. In addition, the invention relates to a method for reducing or avoiding enzymes in cleaning agents for closed systems, in hand dishwashing detergents or in sanitary cleaning agents as well as an enzyme-free dishwashing detergent or enzyme-free sanitary cleaning agent that contain 5 to 99.9% in weight of carbamides or derivates thereof. Finally, the invention relates to the use of percarbamide as a bleaching agent in particular in dishwashing detergents and in sanitary toilet cleaning agents.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sheet pile wall component such as a sheet pile, a connection profile or a carrier that exhibits at least one interlock with a uniform cross-section extending across the entire length of the sheet pile wall component for engaging the interlock of an additional sheet pile wall component. According to the invention, a preliminary product is produced by forming using this method, and the interlock when viewed in its cross-section is manufactured at least in sections by shape-cutting at the section of the preliminary product that is to be provided with the interlock, whereby the cross-section of the section is dimensioned sufficiently such that the dimensional deviations caused by forming at the preliminary product are taken into account for the shape-cutting of the interlock.
A method is provided for planning sheet pile wall sections via a user-oriented network—in particular, the Internet—in which at least technical characteristics of a suitable component for the layout of a sheet pile wall section and/or the layout of a sheet pile wall section itself are determined for the user by a computer system.
