Abstract

A cationic oligomeric surfactant containing multiple quaternary ammonium head groups and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: dropwise adding a quaternization reagent into an acidified C1-C18 alkyl tertiary amine to carry out a quaternization reaction to obtain an intermediate product, and then dropwise adding a certain amount of an alkyl diamine compound into the reaction solution to carry out a second-step quaternization reaction, the obtained product being a cationic oligomeric surfactant containing multiple quaternary ammonium head groups. The surfactant contains four quaternary ammonium head groups and two hydroxyl groups, and thus has excellent surface activity and interfacial activity. The synthesis process is mild and does not generate toxic and harmful byproducts.

Abstract

A high internal phase emulsion stabilized by a low content of surfactant and its preparation method thereof are provided. An oil ethoxylate is added to a vegetable oil, and the resulting mixture is uniformly mixed under a low-speed stirring at room temperature. Water is added dropwise to the mixture of surfactant and vegetable oil under stirring, and a homogenization is performed on the obtained dispersed system by a high-shear dispersion emulsification homogenizer to obtain the high internal phase emulsion stabilized by oil ethoxylate. The preparation method requires a low content of surfactant, mild preparation conditions and simple operations. When the oil-phase volume fraction is 83 vol %, the minimum mass fraction of the oil ethoxylate to stabilize the high internal phase emulsion is 0.6 wt %, and the prepared oil-in-water type high internal phase emulsion has excellent stability and shows bright color, delicate odor, hydra feel and being easy to apply.

Abstract

Disclosed is a tall oil fatty acid imidazoline sulfonate surfactant. A main component of the surfactant has a following structural formula: (I), wherein R is tall oil fatty acid alkyl. An intermediate of the tall oil fatty acid imidazoline sulfonate surfactant prepared by the present invention is low in diamide content, and the conversion rate of tall oil fatty acid is ≥ 98.5%. The product is low in stimulation, biodegradability is 100% in 7 days, the atom utilization rate is high, and alkali resistance and acid resistance are high. The surfactant has good appearance and stability, has excellent wax removal and corrosion inhibition effects, and has excellent emulsifying and oil stain stripping capabilities on mineral oils such as stamping oil, antirust oil, cutting oil and the like. A new route is provided for deep processing of tall oil products in China; the utilization rate of tall oil products can be greatly improved; the additional value of products can be improved; and notable economic benefits and social benefits can be achieved.
