Abstract
A patch panel includes sockets and mounting frames. The mounting frames each have a plugging side and a terminal side. Plugging planes of the sockets are exposed from a vias on mounting surfaces of the mounting frames. The sockets are disposed on each mounting frame and arranged in two parallel rows, including an upper row and a lower row. The plugging planes of the sockets of one of the upper and lower rows retract from the mounting surface toward the terminal side by a predetermined distance; hence, the retracted plugging planes of the retracted row do not lie on the same plane as the non-retracted plugging planes of the non-retracted row. The patch panel features larger spacing between a disturbing channel and a disturbed channel and lesser significant alien crosstalk, thereby offsetting alien crosstalk without violating the EIA-310 standard.

Abstract
A protective module for a data transmission port includes a plugging element and an unlocking element. The plugging element includes an extension portion and an end portion. The extension portion is inserted into the data transmission port. The end portion obstructs an opening of the data transmission port and is made of a first magnetically attracting material. The unlocking element includes an attraction portion adapted to attract the end portion and made of a second magnetically attracting material. The end portion of the plugging element escapes from the data transmission port as a result of magnetic attraction between the end portion of the plugging element and the unlocking element as soon as the unlocking element approaches the plugging element plugged into the data transmission port. Therefore, the protective module prevents external devices from getting connected to the data transmission port and prevents dust intrusion.

Abstract
A pin structure of a modular jack has eight resilient pins. The two intermediate resilient pins have two electrically conducting segments vertically spaced apart and are each wide and have two electrically contacting segments transversely spaced apart and are each slender, whereas the other resilient pins are transversely and consecutively spaced apart and disposed on two sides of the two intermediate resilient pins and are each slender. The electrically fixing ends of the first, third, fifth, seventh resilient pins lie in a first straight line. The electrically fixing ends of the second, fourth, sixth, eighth resilient pins lie in a second straight line. The first and second straight lines are spaced apart and lie on the same plane. The resilient pins have V-shaped electrically contacting portions lying in a third straight line. Hence, the pin structure of a modular jack reduces crosstalk and loss and thereby meets strict standards.

Abstract
An HDMI audio-video signal switching device comprises two housing bodies and a conductively connecting circuit board. Each of the housing bodies has an assembling end and a plugged end. The conductively connecting circuit board is a circuit board formed, at each end thereof corresponding to a positioning slot of each housing body, with a plugging projection sheet. Each plugging projection sheet has conductively connecting terminals. A portion of the conductively connecting circuit board between the two plugging projection sheets is set in the positioning slot, such that each plugging projection sheet and conductively connecting terminals thereon are allowed to pass through the positioning slot and then extend into a plugged hole, as well as the assembling ends of the two housing bodies are allowed to be butted and assembled together. Thereby, a more simplified structure is introduced for the HDMI audio-video signal switching device.
