A side surface of each boss (12) is an oil guide surface (121), and the side surfaces are disposed close to the middle of the oil gathering gap (13) gradually from outside to inside. With the oil gathering element (1), lubricant oil in a friction pair (2) can be again gathered to friction surfaces to reduce rate of wear. During movement, outer sides of the oil guide surface (121) of the boss (12) are firstly abutted against an end wall of the other component, so that the lubricant oil ground by the friction pair (2) to two ends of the other component is obstructed, the obstructed lubricant oil further flows along the oil guide surface (121) of the boss (12) to the oil gathering gap (13) on the middle section of the end surface (11) of the oil gathering element (1), and then the friction surfaces are lubricated. When the friction pair (2) rotates at a high speed, the oil gathering gap (13) of the oil gathering element (1) serves as a dynamic oil way, so that the lubricant oil is constantly gathered to be between the friction surfaces.

The side face of the boss is an oil guiding face, and is configured gradually closer to the center of the oil collecting gap from outside to inside. During moving, an outer side of the oil guiding face of the boss firstly abuts against an end wall of the other component, so as to block the lubricating oil rolled to the two ends of the other component by the friction pair, and the blocked lubricating oil further flows towards the oil collecting gap in the middle of the end face of the oil collecting component along the oil guiding face of the boss, thus lubricating the friction surfaces. When the friction pair operates at a high speed, the oil collecting gap of the oil collecting element acts as a dynamic oil passage, and collects the lubricating oil to the portion between the friction surfaces continuously.

The locking cam is connected with the unlocking cam. Sliders are connected with the unlocking cam and sliding grooves. A jacket is connected with the ratchet gear and the coulisse. The return spring is connected with the coulisse. The thickness of the locking cam and the unlocking cam may be respectively designed in terms of the stress applied thereon. Since the locking cam and the unlocking cam are separately produced, structure of the die is simplified and service life of the die is improved significantly. The locking cam and the unlocking cam may be manufactured by punch, which leads to a greater production efficiency.
The present invention discloses a recliner regulating device comprising a cam, a return spring, a housing plate, a ratchet gear connected with a central shaft. The external hook of the return spring is fixed in a hole of the housing plate. Sliders are fitted in sliding grooves of the housing plate with the bosses of the sliders being attached with the sliding grooves of the cam. Wedges are fitted in the sliding grooves of the housing plate with the bosses of the wedges being attached with the sliding grooves of the housing plate. The sliding grooves for sliders are perpendicular to the sliding grooves for wedges. A two-point locking-up is formed between the self-locking surfaces of the sliders and the self-locking surfaces of the wedges after the position of the cam is fixed through the central shaft under the action of the return spring.

A GEAR-TYPE STEPLESS ADJUSTING STRUCTURE FOR SEAT ANGLE
A gear-type stepless adjusting structure for seat angle has a gear transmission mechanism. External toothed plate of the gear transmission mechanism is disposed in an internal toothed plate and has an eccentric distance with respect to the internal toothed plate. There is a clearance eliminator mechanism whose external cam is disposed between the central boss of the internal toothed plate and the inner hole of the external toothed plate. There is an internal cam disposed between the inner hole of the external cam and the central boss of the internal toothed plate. There is a spring disposed between the internal cam and external cam so as to form an eccentric cam mechanism. There is a driving mechanism whose central shaft is disposed in the hole of the central boss of the internal toothed plate. There is a driving block disposed between the internal cam and the external cam. When the spring is in the free state, the internal cam and the external cam are in the wedge-tightened state, so as to eliminate the seat clearance. The driving block of the driving mechanism releases the wedge-tightened function of the clearance eliminator mechanism against the spring biased force on the function of the moment, so as to drive the gear transmission mechanism to transmit, thus adjusts the seatangle.
