The steering tube is rotatably coupled to the head tube to define a steering axis about which the front frame rotates relative to the rear frame. The rear frame assembly includes a rear wheel assembly with a rear wheel supported by a rear fork and a deck tube that extends a length from the rear fork to a terminal end. The terminal end of the deck tube is attached to the neck assembly. The rear frame assembly includes a deck supported by the deck tube. The deck is selectively rotatable about the deck tube between at least an operative position wherein the deck is configured to support a rider and a stowed position.
