Abstract

The invention concerns a method for fabricating a non-foamed filament. The method comprises the steps of a) providing at least one polymer material and a foaming agent with a given activation start temperature, the polymer material having a melting and processing temperature below the activation start temperature of the foaming agent, b) melt-mixing the polymer material and the foaming agent at a temperature above the polymer material melting temperature and below the foaming agent activation start temperature so as to form a blend comprising the polymer material and the foaming agent, the blend being melted until said blend form a molten polymer-based composition, c) concomitantly to step b), extruding said molten polymer-based composition in order to form filaments. Using developed filaments provides 3D printing lightweight parts with weight reduction as high as 80%. This technique improves flowability of the material in 3D printing step and it's possible to 3D print medium and high viscous grades. It allows to use higher layer height values resulting in print time and final manufacturing cost reduction.

Abstract

A guiding device for a sliding glass of a side door of a motor-vehicle comprises a sealing and guiding gasket guiding the sliding glass, secured to the structure of the door, and having a part extending along a door upright and into the lower structure of the door. This gasket part comprises two separate portions, namely an upper gasket portion, which extends along the door upright and is secured within a space defined between the door upright and an aesthetic panel of plastic material; and a lower gasket portion, which is arranged within the lower door structure and is assembled within a channel element of plastic material mounted within the lower door structure. Abstract

Rotary wing aircraft rotor provided with a single blade (1) which has a longitudinal pitch axis (LL) and is hingedly mounted on the rotating shaft of the rotor about an axis (4) transverse to said rotating shaft, the wing system depicting a cone when the angle of its pitch is not zero, the rotor having a weighted device (6) for balancing the result (F8) of the horizontal component (F6) of the lifting force and the rotational drag force (F7) acting on the blade, the device being mounted so as to rotate with the wing system about its rotational shaft and generating, under the effect of the centrifugal force to which it is subjected when the wing system rotates, a horizontal force (F9) which is applied to the rotational shaft of the rotor, counter to the aforementioned result, with an intensity depending on the position of the weight(s) of the balancing device relative to the rotational shaft of the rotor.
