Abstract

The present invention relates to a double-deck elevator system. A double-deck elevator system, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first car having a first coupling member provided therewith; a second car disposed on an upper side of the first car in the same hoistway as the first car and having a second coupling member coupled to and separated from the first coupling member; and a control unit for controlling a coupling/separating operation and a driving operation of the first car and the second car, wherein the control unit controls the operation such that the first car and the second car are selectively driven in one driving mode from among a first driving mode in which the first car and the second car are driven together in a combined state, and a second driving mode in which the first car and the second car are independently driven in a separated state. According to the present invention, when the number of passengers is small, upper and lower cars are combined with each other and driven in a double-deck manner, thereby reducing the time for passengers to move to target floors and increasing the driving efficiency, and when the number of passengers is small, the upper and lower cars are separated from each other and driven independently, thereby reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a ropeless elevator wireless power transmission system. More specifically, the present invention provides a ropeless elevator wireless power transmission system for horizontally transferring an elevator car by using a carrier. Power transmission lines are installed along a vertical shaft and a horizontal shaft, respectively, and pickup devices are installed in the elevator car and the carrier, respectively, such that when the elevator car moves vertically and horizontally, power is selectively delivered through the car pickup device and the carrier pickup device, thereby always enabling stable wireless power transmission. A separate auxiliary vertical power transmission line is installed in the carrier to be able to receive a wireless power signal from the horizontal power transmission line such that, when the elevator car moves vertically, wireless power can be supplied in a double pickup type in the process of passing through a branching section. Accordingly, stable wireless power supply is always possible, and the system configuration can be simplified, thereby making installation and control operations easy and further facilitating maintenance/management.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a ropeless elevator system, and provides a ropeless elevator system, which: has a plurality of hoistways formed at one central rail unit, and enables a plurality of elevator cars to simultaneously and respectively travel along the plurality of hoistways; can set, in a middle section, various traveling paths for the plurality of elevator cars through a structure enabling the elevator car to be elevated along a different hoistway by changing the hoistway of the elevator car by means of a rotary rail part, thereby enabling the transport efficiency of passengers or cargo for a building to be remarkably improved; and provides the plurality of central rail units in parallel and provides, between the adjacent central rail units, a horizontal transfer means capable of horizontally transferring the elevator car so as to enable the horizontal and vertical movements of the elevator cars to be more variously set and to also enable the rotary change of a traveling hoistway on each central rail unit, thereby enabling faster and more efficient elevator traveling conditions to be provided.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an emergency stop device for a linear motor elevator and provides an emergency stop device for a linear motor elevator, which has a braking module configured by using a mover for braking so that the braking module can be operated by means of elasticity of an elastic member and electromagnetic suction of the mover for braking, and, thus, stable braking performance is shown by generating a braking force by means of the elasticity in a state in which a power supply is shut off, and an electromagnetic thrust is generated with respect to an elevator car in a normal operation state, thereby improving driving performance and efficiency of the elevator car and not acting as a hindrance to driving.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for controlling the movement of an adjustable double-deck elevator, comprising the steps of: determining the traveling time of a double-deck moving body from a start floor up to a destination floor; determining whether to move a first or second deck moving body in the double-deck moving body; and controlling the movement of the double-deck moving body such that the traveling time of the double-deck moving body is greater than or equal to the traveling time of the first or second deck moving body when the double-deck moving body moves. Therefore, the present invention controls the movement of the adjustable double-deck elevator such that the inter-floor adjustment of the first and second deck moving bodies can be completed prior to or simultaneously with the reaching of the double-deck moving body from the start floor up to the destination floor.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator device in which: a rotation axis of a main sheave having a tension member wound thereonto and a rotation axis of an auxiliary sheave connected to the other end of the tension member and rotating are installed so as to cross to each other at right angles; at least two auxiliary sheaves are installed, thereby reducing the space between an inner wall of one side of a hoist way and a car and minimizing the left and right spaces in the building which the hoist way occupies; and a car suspension sheave is installed on the inside of a support, thereby minimizing the upper and lower spaces in the building which the hoist way occupies, and accordingly maximizing space utilization in the building and being capable of saving facility costs, etc.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety foothold for a subway platform. The safety foothold installed inside a platform is able to fill the gap between a subway train and the platform by opening/closing, so passenger’s feet are prevented from falling into the gap. Furthermore, accidents caused by collision of the safety foothold due to operation error thereof are prevented while the safety foothold protrudes and the subway train enters and exits a station. The manufacture and installation of the safety foothold are easy and facilitated through a simple opening/closing structure thereof.
