The first stage heater heats water from the first tank to a first temperature. Upon leaving the first stage heater, the water flows to the second tank. The second stage heater heats the water from the second tank to a second, final temperature. The water, at the second, final temperature, is sent through a closed loop recirculating system for the use in a manufacturing process such as semiconductor manufacturing.
Provided herein are heating systems for ultra-pure deionized water. One heating system is a closed loop, dual input recirculating system that includes a tank and a trim heater. The tank accepts a flow of water from a cold water source and a flow of water from a heated water source. The system combines the cold and heated water to achieve a first temperature within the tank. The water is then heated from the first temperature to a second final temperature with the trim heater. The water, at the second, final temperature, is sent through a closed loop recirculating system for the use in a manufacturing process such as semiconductor manufacturing.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A CAMERA OF A SEWER INSPECTION AND/OR MAINTENANCE SYSTEM
A sewer inspection or maintenance system has an image recording device arranged on a crawler or pushing device by a joint system. The joint system is adapted to carry out pivot movements in at least two directions for pivoting the image recording device in a predetermined direction. An input device is adapted to receive a target point for a pivot movement of the joint system to be carried out, and a control device, which is coupled to the input device and to the joint system, and which is adapted to receive the target point received from the input device, to calculate joint angles of the joint system that correspond to the target point of the pivot movement to be carried out, and to determine control signals to transmit to the joint system, wherein the control signals cause the joint system to perform the pivot movement.
A sewer inspection or maintenance system is provided having a sensor system with which at least three distances between a predetermined first point in the sewer pipe and the sewer wall of the sewer pipe are detected. The system has a processing unit adapted for determining a diameter of the sewer pipe and a predetermined second point in the sewer pipe based on the detected distances, and for determining a horizontal offset and a vertical offset between the predetermined first point and the predetermined second point based on the determined diameter and the detected distances. The system also has a positioning unit which is adapted to correct the position of an inspection unit in the sewer pipe by the two offsets. A corresponding method is provided as well.
A method for monitoring the speed of an inspection unit of a sewer inspection or maintenance system is provided where the inspection unit is movable in a sewer. The method includes a first step in which a driving speed of the inspection unit is detected, a second step in which the detected driving speed is compared with a predetermined driving speed, where a speed indicator is generated based upon the result of the comparison, a third step in which, based upon the generated speed indicator, a colored symbol is selected from a set of colored symbols, and a fourth step in which the selected colored symbol is displayed on a display device. The speed indicator indicates within which speed interval from a set of predetermined speed intervals the detected driving speed falls.
Assembly for dispensing a liquid, in particular a colorant for paint, comprising a container for holding a liquid, a pump, a valve, at least one dispense opening, and comprising or associated with a controller arranged to operate the pump and the valve to withdraw liquid from the container and to dispense liquid via the opening and to operate the pump and the valve to purge liquid from the pump to the container via the dispense opening.
