Abstract

The present invention relates to a non-drainage sheet-type expansion joint device that can effectively improve the drainage structure between upper slabs of a bridge. The present invention is characterized by comprising: first and second finger arms (10)(10') which are provided to form expansion joints between upper slabs (1) of a bridge; a drainage plate (20) which is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the first finger arm (10) and forms a drainage passage (21), and which has an upwardly protruding upward barrier (22) provided at one end and a gap block (23) provided at the other end to prop and support the first finger arm (10); a cover plate (30) which is disposed below the second finger arm (10') and installed such that one end is fixed to the upper slabs (1) of the bridge together with the second finger arm (10'), and the other end extends up to the upper region of the drainage passage (21); and a sliding pad (60) which is made of a hard synthetic resin and pressed into close contact with the bottom surface of the cover plate (30) by the weight of the finger arm. The non-drainage sheet-type expansion joint device has an improved structure in which the drainage passage is integrally formed below the finger arm so that a drainage sheet can be excluded when using the non-drainage sheet-type expansion joint device, thus improving on-site constructability. In addition, the drainage passage can be easily and automatically cleaned by applying an air cleaning method using compressed air, and thus the device has the advantage of being easy to maintain.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a finger-type expansion joint device without a drainage sheet, the joint device preventing rainwater or foreign substances from being discharged from between finger plates. In other words, the present invention comprises: first and second support members (10, 10') respectively provided on decks (1, 1') at both sides of a bridge, the decks facing each other with a separation space therebetween, and in which vertical supports 12 extend upward at one end of base plates (11) in a plate form and finger assembly stands (14) are provided at the other end thereof so as to be assembled with finger plates (2, 2') via bolts (B); a connecting and blocking plate (20) which is arranged so as to interconnect the first and second support members (10, 10'), supports the lower portions of the finger plates (2, 2'), and at the same time blocks gaps between finger portions (2a) to prevent water or foreign substances from being discharged from between the finger portions (2a); and a space maintenance member (30) provided between the first and second support members (10, 10') and the connecting and blocking plate (20) to position the connecting and blocking plate (20) at the center of the first and second support members (10, 10') by elastic action.
