Abstract

Proposed is a liquid-crystal-based binary phase shifter using a liquid crystal, a material in the spotlight in the super-high-frequency field. The liquid-crystal-based binary phase shifter includes a phase shift circuit board having an upper substrate and a lower substrate combined each other with a spacer having a liquid crystal cell gap therebetween, a liquid crystal being inserted into the spacer; metal vias provided at opposite ends of the upper substrate with transmission lines between the metal vias; and a phase shift meander line provided on a lower metal ground plane placed between the metal vias positioned at the opposite ends, wherein phase shift regions of the lower metal ground plane are selectively divided and bias is discretely applied by region. Beyond the use of a liquid crystal in an RF circuit, a unique method of applying a bias voltage is proposed for a variable speed of the liquid crystal, thereby obtaining the maximum phase shift amount and the highest response speed.

Abstract

A method of estimating an SOC value of a battery, includes measuring an initial voltage and an initial current of the battery, estimating resistance parameters of respective battery models based on the measured initial voltage and the measured initial current, converting the estimated resistance parameters by comparing an actually measured voltage value with OCVs determined through the estimated resistance parameters, determining probabilities that the battery corresponds to the respective battery models based on difference values between voltage values of the battery models estimated based on the estimated resistance parameters of the respective battery models and the actually measured voltage value, determining a fused OCV by applying weights to the probabilities that the battery corresponds to the respective battery models based on model OCV information of the respective battery models determined based on the converted resistance parameters, and estimating the SOC value of the battery based on the fused OCV.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a data augmentation method and a method for generating an epitope activity prediction model using same. The present invention can effectively augment data for positive epitope prediction on the basis of biochemical evidence by slicing the human protein sequence generally present in the human body instead of a negative epitope sequence and preprocessing positive epitope sequence data by means of a site-directed mutagenesis mechanism. Furthermore, the present invention can learn complex patterns for an active epitope by using a language processing model pre-trained with a massive amount of data, and predict whether the epitope is positive for an arbitrary amino acid sequence by training an epitope prediction model with the augmented data. Moreover, epitopes respectively optimized to various diseases can be effectively discovered.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for predicting drug-target interaction. According to the present invention, complex patterns of interaction between drugs and proteins can be learned using a natural language processing model trained in advance with massive data, and whether the drugs and proteins interact can be predicted before determining same through experiments or simulations. Accordingly, it becomes possible to prioritize which drug-protein pairs to perform experiments or simulations on first. In addition, according to the present invention, whether the drugs and proteins interact can be predicted by inputting only sequence information to an artificial neural network trained using integrated data, even if there is no specific information about the physicochemical structure of the drugs and proteins. Accordingly, a lead compound can be found much faster and more accurately compared to existing simulation methods, and new drug development can be efficiently accelerated.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for predicting pharmacological properties of novel drug candidates. According to the present invention, a natural language processing model pre-trained with big data is used so that a complex pattern of pharmacological properties of a compound can be learned, and the pharmacological properties of the compound can be predicted before being identified through experiments and simulations. Therefore, it can be quickly determined whether basic pharmacological properties of the candidates are suitable. In addition, according to the present invention, the pharmacological properties of the candidates can be more precisely identified by predicting individual pharmacological property test results and complex pharmacological properties of the candidates at a multi-dimensional probability. Abstract

An arrhythmia treatment device, the device may comprise: a first electrode configured to output a stimulus corresponding to input treatment conditions to electrically stimulate nerves of a user on the basis of the input treatment conditions; a second electrode configured to measure biosignals of the user for a predetermined time interval after the first electrode outputs the stimulus; and a controller configured to check an arrhythmia treatment result of the user on the basis of the biosignals measured for the predetermined time interval, and to control output of the first electrode based on the checked arrhythmia treatment result.

Abstract

Disclosed are an electrolytic solution for lithium secondary batteries capable of improving lifespan characteristics of a lithium secondary battery under a high voltage condition and a lithium secondary battery including the same. The electrolytic solution may includes a lithium salt, a solvent, and a functional additive. In particular, the functional additive includes a high-voltage additive including a first high-voltage additive, e.g., hexafluoroglutaric anhydride, and a second high-voltage additive, e.g., fluoroethylene carbonate.
