Abstract

The present invention relates to a lactic acid bacteria formulation capable of healing wounds, comprising a Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain as an active ingredient. Specifically, a Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain, which is one of lactic acid bacteria formulations having a positive effect on the body, is cultured, and the Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain which can be safely used in the human body without toxicity and side effects can be used as a therapeutic formulation. More specifically, as a result of inducing a wound in a mouse fibroblast cell line by using a pipette tip and treating same with a Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain, it was confirmed that the migration and proliferation ability of the cell line was promoted, resulting in rapid wound recovery. The Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain was confirmed to promote the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK, ERK, and JNK, which are protein kinases involved in cell migration and proliferation ability and to promote wound healing in a manner dependent thereon. It was also confirmed that, when a wound was induced in the skin of a mouse and a wound site was directly treated with the Lactobacillus reuteri NCHBL-005 strain, wound healing was promoted compared to an untreated group.

Abstract

A composition is useful for treating inflammatory diseases, in which hydrophobic manganese oxide is loaded on micelles so as to be stably protected in vivo thereby easily being delivered to a target site. In addition, the hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions of micelles are bonded with a reactive oxygen species (ROS) cleavable linker and decomposed in response to active oxygen species at an inflammatory site, thereby efficiently releasing hydrophobic manganese oxide particles, and released hydrophobic manganese oxide can generate oxygen to change the microenvironment of the target site, thereby improving the effects of physiologically active substances loaded on the micelles.

Abstract

The present invention is a perovskite metal oxide catalyst substituted with metal ions for reducing carbon deposition, a method for producing the same, and a process for performing a methane reforming reaction using this catalyst. The catalyst is produced in which Ni in ionic form is substituted at a portion of the Ti site of SrTiO3, MgTiO3, CaTiO3, or BaTiO3, which is a multi-component metal oxide having a perovskite structure. Then, various methane reforming reactions (steam-methane reforming, dry reforming of methane, catalytic partial oxidation of methane) may be efficiently and economically performed using this catalyst. The nickel-substituted perovskite metal oxide catalyst has a structure in which Ni2+ is substituted in the perovskite lattice structure. Thus, the metal oxide catalyst has advantages in that carbon deposition thereon does not occur, and thus, the catalyst has a high catalytic stability and may be used for a long time.

Abstract

The present invention pertains to a statistical learning system for analyzing the influence of an independent variable, which expands the size of a training set of training data and the number of repetitions and performs statistical analysis of a regression model considering multicollinearity by comprising: a statistical learning module on which a regression analysis model is mounted to perform binary classification on the basis of a cutoff of a dependent variable, wherein a normalization technique for maintaining a plurality of variable features while reducing the size of a training model coefficient, when learning a training data set including information of the independent variable, or a dimension conversion technique for converting a dimension of the independent variable without affecting the dependent variable is applied to the regression analysis model; a cutoff setting module that optimizes a value of the cutoff for each regression analysis model, the value being a reference of the binary classification of the statistical learning module; and a dataset expanding module that amplifies the number of learnings of the training data set by using a cross-validation.

Abstract

The invention relates to a spherical electromagnetic actuator. The spherical electromagnetic actuator including a spherical permanent magnet having a center region, a housing comprising a chamber enclosing the spherical magnet and having an inlet for receiving a fluid. The actuator further including three electromagnetic coil assemblies with each coil assembly having at least one coil and a virtual symmetry axis, and wherein the three electromagnetic coil assemblies are arranged such that the three respective symmetry axes intersect at a center region the spherical permanent magnet. The housing is arranged such that in operation the fluid causes the spherical magnet to levitate. And, in operation, the three electromagnetic coil assemblies provide a superpositioned magnetic field manipulating the orientation of the spherical magnet. The invention further relates to a method for controlling the magnetic field of at least one spherical magnetic actuator.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing primary amides from tertiary or secondary amides substituted with various alkyl groups through a transamidation reaction without a metal catalyst in room-temperature conditions by adding ammonium carbonate ((NH4)2CO3), wherein the method is eco-friendly since various secondary and tertiary amides that are not toxic or corrosive are used as starting materials and ammonium carbonate ((NH4)2CO3) that is neither a strong acid nor a strong base is used, and the method is economical since various primary amides can be synthesized with an excellent yield at room temperature without a metal catalyst.

Abstract

A personal information security system and a method thereof ensuring irreversibility and similarity are proposed. According to specific exemplary embodiments of the present technology, the personal information security system includes a feature vector extraction unit for extracting a feature vector from user modality information, an Absolute Value Equations Transform (AVET) unit for performing absolute value equations transform on the feature vector, and a transformed-template generation unit for generating a transformed template (TT) from which the feature vector is unable to be predicted reversely from a result of the AVET.
