Abstract
The invention relates to a pressure control device (1) for a beverage container (100) and to a method for producing same. The pressure control device (1) has a control valve (20) and a capsule (2) with a housing (3) which sealingly engages with a valve housing (13) of the control valve (20). The valve housing (13) delimits a valve chamber (13.0) and a pressure chamber (13.2) which is connected, via a passage (13.1), to the valve chamber (13.0), said valve chamber having at least one outlet opening (13.3) of the control valve (20), and said control valve having, for coupling to an outlet (2.1 of the capsule (2), a hollow needle (4) which provides a connection between the interior (2.0) of the capsule (2) and the pressure chamber (13.2). The pressure chamber is equipped with a spring-loaded valve pin (6), and the control valve (20) has an actuation element (8) which is arranged in the valve chamber (13.0) in an axially movable manner and which has a first end that is coupled to the valve pin (6) and a second end that extends through the housing cover (10) connected to the valve housing (13). The actuation element (8) is a diaphragm plunger (8) which passes through a diaphragm (11) and is releasably coupled to same. The diaphragm (11) separates the valve chamber (13.0) from a ventilation chamber (10.0) which is delimited by the housing cover (10) and in which a spring (7) is arranged around the diaphragm plunger (8), said spring being supported on the diaphragm (11) at one end and on the housing cover (10) at the other end.

Abstract
The invention relates to a process for extracting proteins from malt bagasse, said process comprising the steps of: (a) drying and grinding the malt bagasse; (b) mixing the malt bagasse obtained in step (a) with a solution comprising a mixture of an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt with an alkaline solution in a concentration of up to 0.5 M; (c) subjecting the bagasse to extraction with stirring; (d) extracting the supernatant by means of solid/liquid separation; (e) adjusting the pH of the extracted supernatant using an HCl solution in a concentration of up to 2 M; (f) performing a solid/liquid separation; and (g) washing the precipitated concentrate using alcohol. Optionally, in addition, the process also comprises the step (h) of solubilising the protein extract by increasing the pH using NaOH in a concentration of up to 1.0 M, under constant stirring, until a pH of between 6.0 and 8.0 is reached, and then cooling same. The present invention also relates to the food product comprising the protein obtained by means of the process described according to the invention, and also to the use of the protein extracted by the process in order to increase the protein content of a food product or to substitute the use of proteins from other sources.

The present model relates to a multifunctional adapter device for drinks bottles that have a press-on or twist-off neck finish, comprising a one-piece main body with a hollow inner portion (8) having a cylindrical profile, the main body being divided into an upper section (2), an intermediate section (5) and a lower section (6), wherein the upper section (2) comprises threads (2') on its outer face; the intermediate section (5) comprises a reinforced ring (5') that has on its outer portion a plurality of friction elements (9) for gripping; and the lower section (6) comprises a plurality of inverted U-shaped fastening elements (6') distributed around its circumference, wherein the adjacent fastening elements of the plurality of fastening elements (6') are separated equidistant from each other by intermediate faces (6'') of the lower section (6), wherein the intermediate faces (6'') have on their inner portion a ring-shaped inner shoulder (7).

Abstract
The present invention relates to a lid for storing and dispensing an ingredient for mixing, comprising at least three components, namely an upper outer closing lid, an element for coupling to the bottle, and a central element, in which the central element has a lower portion provided with a flow opening and inclined protrusions. The lower portion of the central element is inserted by means of a through-hole into the element for coupling to the bottle, and the upper outer closing lid is fitted onto an upper portion of the central element, such that it extends over the element for coupling to the bottle. In addition, the flow opening of the lower portion is closed by means of a seal, said seal comprising at least two grooves in its outer edge, into which grooves the inclined protrusions are fitted. When opened, the seal releases the ingredient for mixing contained in the storing and dispensing lid. The invention also describes a method for dispensing an ingredient for mixing into a bottle using a storing and dispensing lid, and a method for producing a mixture inside a bottle from at least two ingredients.

Abstract
One describes an automatic beverage cooler and a method of cooling beverages, the cooler comprising: housing (1) with a peripheral wall forming a tank with a top access opening, the tank being at least partially filled with a cooling liquid; a support platform assembly for a plurality of beverage containers (100), the platform assembly being displaceable into and out of the tank; a displacement mechanism coupled to the platform assembly, capable of displacing it into and out of the tank; a cooling circuit for the cooling liquid; temperature detectors for detecting the temperature of beverage inside at least one container when the latter is immersed in the cooling liquid in the tank, and a control station that control the displacement mechanism and the cooling circuit, with a user's interface for input of a determined beverage-cooling temperature; wherein the control station receives information about the temperature of the beverage in the container, sent by the temperature detectors, and actuates the displacement mechanism to displace the platform assembly out of the housing (1) when the beverage temperature reaches the value of the determined cooling temperature.
