Abstract

Computerized systems and methods are described for executing personalized bundling processes. Methods include receiving user inputs specifying preferences for product bundles and utilizing a Real-Time Data Mesh (RTDM) to retrieve relevant real-time data. An Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning (AAML) Module analyzes these inputs alongside market data to generate personalized bundle recommendations. Recommendations are then displayed to the user via a Single Pane of Glass User Interface (SPoG UI) and, upon user confirmation, transferred as orders to a vendor system. Validation steps use algorithms within the AAML Module to ensure accuracy and relevance of the bundles. Real-time reports on user engagement and bundle success rates are generated. The system, accessible on multiple devices, integrates machine learning models that continually refine the bundling process based on evolving data patterns and user feedback, enhancing personalization and efficiency.

Abstract

Independent Software Vendors IS Vs develop, support, execute, and sell cloud applications. Cloud Service Broker Platforms (CSBs) provide partially-automated delivery of integrated cloud applications from different ISVs. Integration of ISV software requires special integration components such as connector packages and connector backends. Development of such components can be time consuming and expensive. The present disclosure relates to a system and method for allowing connector developers to decrease the cost of developing connector package and connector backends by allowing deployment and configuration of web services automatically and also allows support for scalability and zero-downtime upgrades out of the box, by the use of an automated authoring tool that generates connector packages from archetypes created by the CSB.

Abstract

Many software vendors offer their software via online service platforms. In one embodiment of a software services distribution system, a cloud services broker is used. A cloud services broker is an organization that acts as an intermediary between subscribers/end users and SaaS vendors. Billing in a cloud services broker system is managed through the cloud services broker because the cloud services broker is the only entity capable of managing the many relationships in such a software distribution system. However, revenue matching and settlement may be problematic. For example, the complexities of billing in a cloud broker system arise because of the intermingling of the types of SaaS vendors, the influence of resellers, and the various billing schemes offered by each of these entities. Implementing such a billing scheme must account for the variations in billing rules and billing schemes from the entities throughout the hierarchy (i.e. SaaS vendors, resellers, sub-resellers, etc.). Furthermore, there may be a disparity between billing rules from upstream entities (e.g. SaaS vendors) and downstream entities (e.g. resellers), whereby billing imposed on subscriber end users based on one particular entity billing scheme is inappropriate. The present disclosure relates to an improved system and method for matching revenue streams in a cloud service broker platform.

Abstract

A graphical user interface (GUI) (or a user navigation interface), is a common feature of computer systems and application well known to one having ordinary skill in the arts. In cloud service broker (CSB) environments, GUI rendering is more complicated because independent software vendors (ISV) distribute cloud applications (cloud services) through CSBs and allow different cloud applications to collaborate through standardized representational state transfer (RESTful) application program interfaces (API). If there are multiple applications that are integrated, the GUI may include numerous interfaces specifically tailored to the each of the specific applications. However, preparing all combinations of screens requires extensive development, which increases as more and more applications are integrated. The present disclosure relates to a system and method for dynamic creation of user navigation interfaces based on prediction, based on shared connector packages and predictive behavioral GUI model building, to enable faster GUI response times.
