Abstract

A device body comprises: a winding roller that is provided so as to contact with a flooring material sheet bonded to a floor and on which is wound the sheet that is stripped from the floor starting from a contact portion with the sheet; a driving means that, by rotationally driving the winding roller, winds the sheet onto the winding roller and strips the same from the floor, and that advances the device body by the winding roller being pushed toward the floor by the reactive force of the removal and rolling on the sheet; and a guiding means that discharges the sheet being stripped from the floor in front of or to the side of the direction of advancement of the device body.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a sheet material detaching device and detaching method that advance while stabilizing and efficiently stripping off a sheet material bonded to a base with little noise and no dust. [Solution] A device body (4) comprises: a winding roller (5) that is provided so as to contact a flooring material sheet (3) bonded to a floor (2) and on which is wound the flooring material sheet (3) that is stripped from the floor (2) starting from a contact portion (15) with the flooring material sheet (3); a driving means (6) that, by rotationally driving the winding roller (5), winds the flooring material sheet (3) onto the winding roller (5) and strips the same from the floor (2), and that advances the device body (4) by the winding roller (5) being pushed toward the floor (2) by the reactive force of the removal and rolling on the flooring material sheet (3); and a guiding means (400) that discharges the flooring material sheet (3) being stripped from the floor (2) in front of or to the side of the direction of advancement of the device body (4). The device body (4) or the operator can be prevented from stepping on the flooring material sheet (3) and work efficiency is improved.

Abstract

To peel a surface material (3) and a binder off of a panel main body (2) without error at low cost, without scratching the panel main body (2). A peeling device (1) for peeling the surface material (3) off of a panel (4) having the thin plate-shaped surface material (3) adhered to the top face (2a) of the panel main body (2), the peeling device comprising: a support stand (5) on which the panel (4) is slidably placed; a guide (6) for linearly guiding the panel (4) placed on the support stand (5); an extrusion means (7) for extruding the panel (4) placed on the support stand (5) along the guide (6); and a scrape plate (8) set up on the downstream side of the movement direction of the panel (4) extruded by the extrusion means (7) and moved along the guide (6), the scrape plate having a blade edge (8a) directed at a border between the surface material (3) and the panel main body (2) on the end surface of the panel (4). The scrape plate (8) is bendable in the plate thickness direction. Due to the scrape plate (8) bending in accompaniment with the extrusion of the panel (4), the blade edge (8a) is pressed into the top face (2a) of the panel main body (2) of the panel (4).
