Abstract
A customizable harness interface connector is disclosed. The customizable harness interface connector includes a harness housing; a plurality of connector receptacles; and one or more milled channels disposed within the plurality of connector receptacles and extending downward into the harness housing, where the one or more milled channels are configured to receive one or more electrical/electronic component to feed into the harness housing. The customizable interface connector accommodates specific components by allowing axial semiconductors, dual in-line packaged components, and the like to be placed within a connector like fixture and act as a breadboard by securing the leads and allowing wires to be passed through on both sides of the connector, creating a compact and robust circuit that can be placed anywhere within a vehicle.

Abstract
A bolt for stress reduction between strap loop applications is provided for reducing stress between strap applications using a novel bolt design. The bolt for stress reduction between strap loop applications may include a head, body, body shank portion, chamfered segment and body threaded portion. The strap may interact with multiple points of contact of the novel bolt to reduce concentration of stress, which may reduce the likelihood of failure. The head is configured to reduce undesired rotation, such that the bolt will remain in the desired position during operation.

A method for cleaning a sensor surface on a vehicle comprises operating the at least one actuator coupled to at least one nozzle for controlling flow of pressurized cleaning fluid from a pressurized reservoir to flow pressurized cleaning fluid to the at least one spray nozzle, dispensing the pressurized cleaning fluid from the at least one spray nozzle toward the sensor surface, and operating the at least one actuator into a closed position and reducing flow of the pressurized cleaning fluid flowing to the at least one spray nozzle.
