The present application discloses an ordered-food/drink conveyor that can accurately detect a dish of food/drink by means of an optical sensor. The present invention comprises a principal conveyor belt that forms a conveyance path that goes from a kitchen side of a restaurant to guest seating, an auxiliary conveyor belt that extends on the kitchen side of the principal conveyor belt and forms a conveyance path at a location that is separated from the length of the conveyance path formed by the principal conveyor belt, an intermediate conveyor belt that is arranged between the principal conveyor belt and the auxiliary conveyor belt, a guide that is arranged on the intermediate conveyor belt and guides dishes of food/drink that are on the intermediate conveyor belt from a terminal end part of the auxiliary conveyor belt to a beginning end part of the principal conveyor belt, and a principal conveyor belt optical sensor that detects whether a dish of food/drink is on the principal conveyor belt. A light-receiving part or a light-emitting part of the principal conveyor belt optical sensor is arranged on the kitchen-side length of the conveyance path formed by the principal conveyor belt.
Disclosed is an ordered food/drink conveyor, by which the number of man-hours for conveying foods and drinks in a restaurant can be suppressed as much as possible. A lifting unit for lifting and separating foods and drinks from a belt conveyor is provided at the end or a midpoint of a conveyance route from the kitchen of a restaurant to the floor of guest seats.
The present invention discloses an ordered food and beverage delivery device capable of delivering dishes or trays of a variety of sizes, while occupying a smaller area and achieving improved delivery efficiency. This ordered food and beverage delivery device is provided with: a plurality of conveyors that are arranged side by side and deliver food and beverages from a kitchen to customer tables; and a control device for controlling the operation of the plurality of conveyors. The control device synchronizes the movement of the plurality of conveyors in a first mode that is selected when food articles and/or beverages are disposed across both of the plurality of conveyors, and makes the movement of the plurality of conveyors asynchronous in a second mode that is selected when there are no food articles or beverages disposed across both of the plurality of conveyors.

ORDERED FOOD AND DRINK CONVEYING APPARATUS AND FOOD AND DRINK CONVEYING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a food and drink conveying apparatus. The food and drink conveying apparatus has a conveying roller group to be disposed along a conveying path formed by a conveyor for conveyance of food and drink, leading to customer seats from a kitchen of a restaurant and to form a branch lane branching off the conveying path and having a falling gradient. The branch lane is a lane for entering dishes of the food and drink, and the dishes are conveyed by th conveyor and are branched off from the conveying path. The food and drink conveying apparatus also has rollers disposed near a branch portion of at least a curved route in the branch lane being separated right and left with a central line of the route being interposed therebetween, and the right and left rollers being rotatable independently of each other.
