The invention is concerned with a method and a system in a communication network for contacting suppliers on the basis of automated data collection from invoices sent by the suppliers. The method comprises the steps of collecting in a database (11), a list of suppliers with individual data of each supplier, reading transaction data from invoices received from the suppliers, including read transaction data in the database (11) in connection with each supplier, and creating differentiated rules for contacting each supplier on the basis of the individual data of each supplier and connected transaction data. The system is mainly characterized by a database (11) with a list of suppliers with individual data of each supplier and differentiated rules for contacting each suppliers on the basis of the individual data of each supplier and connected transaction data, means for reading transaction data from invoices received from the supplier, and means for including read transaction data in the database (11) in connection with each supplier.
The invention relates to a pallet for storage or transport of articles or materials. The pallet comprises a base member (1) having a first surface (2) for supporting articles or material, a second surface (3), and at least one lateral side (4). The first surface (2) of the base member (1) is provided with first apertures (5) for receiving a first part (6) of a first wall member (7) of a first type, which first wall member (7) of a first type is to be supported in an essentially upright position at the base member and by the base member. The first surface (2) of the base member (1) is provided with second apertures (8) for receiving a second part (9) of a second wall member (10) of a second type, wherein said second type is different from said first type and wherein said second wall member (10) of the second type is to be supported in an essentially upright position at the base member and by the base member.
The invention relates to a sorting chute (2, 3) for conveying one or more mail items from previous stage such as from a sorting machine (4, 5) to a next stage such as to a next sorting chute (2, 3) or to a sorting destination such that the sorting chute (2, 3) comprises at least one deflecting surface (8, 9, 10, 11) which slows down the velocity of a mail item sliding along the sorting chute (2, 3). The invention relates also to a method for processing one or more mail items, such as packages, letters and bundles of newspapers or magazines, from a supply source and to a multi-storey system (1) for sorting one or more mail items. The method comprises arranging one or more deflecting surfaces (8, 9, 10, 11) to the sorting chute (2, 3) and the system comprises a fist and a second sorting chute (2, 3) comprising one or more deflecting surfaces (8, 9, 10, 11).
The invention is concerned with a payment system in a telecommunication network for adding funds into a pre-paid service. The payment system includes a payment service (3) provided by a first service provider. The system comprises a device (1) with means for performing the pre-paid service by using the added funds paid in accordance with status information held by the device (1). A user terminal (4) in the system has first means for accessing the payment service (3) of the first service provider and second means for accessing and using a banking service provided by a bank (7) in which the user has a user bank account. The user terminal (4) further has means to transfer funds via the payment service (3) to the device (1) that uses the pre-paid service from means that holds status information of said pre-paid service and of funds added by service users for said pre-paid service. A payment service (3) in the system provided by the first service provider is connected to said bank (7) and has means to handle a sum paid via the user terminal (4) to be used for funding a pre-paid service used by the user via said device (1). The system furthermore has means for holding status information of said pre-paid service and of funds added by service users for said pre-paid service. A banking service is connected to the user terminal (4) and to the payment system (3). The invention is furthermore concerned with a method and a payment service for adding funds into a pre-paid service performed by a device using the funds.
The invention relates to a system for enabling the delivery of a dispatch in a postal operator's messaging network, wherein the applied receiver's address is a receiver-specifying virtual address. The system is adapted to signal the virtual address to a first database carrier and to return, in response to signaling, an operator's server address relevant to the virtual address. In addition, the system is adapted to send the dispatch to said operator's server address, as well to use a delivery address, which matches said virtual address on a second database carrier, for enabling a delivery of the dispatch in a postal operator's messaging network.
