Abstract
An encoding apparatus and a decoding apparatus in a transform between a Modified Discrete Cosine Transform (MDCT)-based coder and a different coder are provided. The encoding apparatus may encode additional information to restore an input signal encoded according to the MIDCT-based coding scheme, when switching occurs between the MDCT-based coder and the different coder. Accordingly, an unnecessary bitstream may be prevented from being generated, and minimum additional information may be encoded.

Abstract
Provided is a transform coefficient scan method including: determining a reference transform block for a decoding target block; deriving a scanning map of the decoding target block using scanning information of the reference transform block; and performing inverse scanning on a transform coefficient of the decoding target block using the derived scanning map. According to the present invention, picture encoding/decoding efficiency may be improved.

Abstract
Disclosed herein are a method for quantum circuit design for a SHA3-256 hash function algorithm and a quantum circuit designed using the method. The method includes inputting respective index values of five types of function blocks constituting the SHA3-256 hash function algorithm to data qubits, forming a chi function quantum circuit, among the five types of function blocks, using a Mixed Polarity Toffoli (MPT) gate, and designing a SHA3-256 quantum circuit based on an in-place version of a quantum circuit for each of the five types of function blocks, including the chi function quantum circuit.

Abstract
Provided are an apparatus and method for rail detection and control of a motion of a mobile robot for safely switching driving of the mobile robot between a flat area and a rail area in an environment in a greenhouse in which a rail is provided for pipe heating. For more accurate rail detection, accurate three-dimensional (3D) point cloud data is obtained using a tilting laser scanner and is analyzed to detect a position of the rail and control a motion of a mobile robot for rail docking. The apparatus includes a sensor configured to be mounted in a mobile robot, and a rail detection unit configured to obtain 3D point cloud data using the sensor and detect the 3D point cloud data.
