A foldable stroller frame and a foldable stroller are provided. The foldable stroller frame may include, a front wheel bracket, and a rear wheel bracket rotatably connected to the front wheel bracket. An upper end of the rear wheel bracket is rotatably connected to a side handrail, and a rear end thereof is rotatably connected to a rear supporting bar.
