Abstract

A stopper water nozzle quick changing device, comprising a lengthened water nozzle (3), wherein a water nozzle locating hole (12) is provided on the lower part of the lengthened water nozzle (3), the middle upper part of an upper water nozzle (5) is arranged in the water nozzle locating hole (12), the lower part of the lengthened water nozzle (3) matches with an installing plate (6), the lower part of the upper water nozzle (5) is arranged in an upper guide plate (7), the bottom surface of the upper water nozzle (5) is in contact with the upper surface of a lower water nozzle (11), a lower guide plate (9) is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper guide plate (7), a gas spring (8) is arranged on the lower guide plate (9), the bottom part of the lower water nozzle (11) is arranged in an upper end opening of a submersed water nozzle (10), the bottom surface of the lengthened water nozzle (3) is in contact with the upper surface of the upper guide plate (7), the upper end of a through hole (14) of the lengthened water nozzle (3) matches with a stopper (1), a first cylindrical wearing ring (4) is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole (14) of the lengthened water nozzle (3), and a second cylindrical wearing ring (13) is arranged on the inner wall of a through hole of the upper water nozzle (5). By means of the water nozzle quick changing device, due to the fact of no corrosive slag pollution, high-quality steel and specific steel can be continuously produced under a clean state, the location accuracy when a water nozzle is changed is high, the production safety is high, and the water nozzle can be conveniently and quickly changed.
