The present disclosure provides a real-time neuro-modulation wearable device configured to monitor and modulate a brain excitability level or maintain a favorable brain state of the user wearing the device. The device may include a pair of earpieces including a photoelectric module with a plurality of sensors configured to measure vital signs of the user, wherein the vital signs may be a blood oxygen saturation level, a heart rate, and a temperature of the user; a pair of surface electrodes placed behind ears of the user and configured to record an electroencephalogram with a reference electrode placed on a nasal bone of the user and configured to act as an electroencephalogram potential ground; an eyes cover; and a plurality of neural pathways stimulation means including visual and auditory stimulation means. There is also provided a method of monitoring and modulating a brain excitability level, or maintaining a favorable brain state using the wearable device.
