2.
IMMUNOGLOBULIN-BINDING PROTEIN VARIANTS WITH INCREASED ALKALI-TOLERANCE AND USE THEREOF
Provided are immunoglobulin-binding protein variants with increased alkali tolerance, and uses thereof, and more particularly to immunoglobulin-binding protein variants with increased alkali tolerance relative to the wild type due to mutations in amino acids at specific positions in the B3 domain of the immunoglobulin-binding proteins
Disclosed herein are a polypeptide having cephalosporin C(CPC) acylase activity and a use thereof. More specifically, a mutant CPC acylase comprising a point mutation introduced thereinto, thereby exhibiting improved enzymatic activity and/or stability, and a use of the mutant CPC acylase for producing 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA), are provided.

The present invention relates to an antibody-purifying resin having an excellent impurity removal potential and, more particularly, to an antibody-purifying resin wherein a part of amino acid residues of protein A is substituted, whereby the resin can exhibit an excellent potential to remove impurities such as host cell-derived proteins (HCP), host cell-derived DNA (HCD), etc. Having an excellent potential of removing host cell-derived impurities, the resin according to the present invention allows the omission of subsequent processes for removing impurities in the antibody purification procedure therethrough or the reduction of a load of impurities to be treated in subsequent processes, whereby the resin can be used for an increased number of cycles in a subsequent process-friendly manner.
The present invention relates to acetylcholine receptor inhibitory peptides and uses thereof, wherein phages with high binding affinity for acetylcholine receptors were screened using a random peptide recombinant phage, and acetylcholine receptor-binding peptides were selected through DNA of the phages. By having confirmed, using the selected peptides, the binding affinity for acetylcholine receptors and the effect of inhibiting the action of acetylcholine receptors, and having confirmed, via the modifications of the peptides, peptide sites and sequences that are vital in binding to acetylcholine receptors, the acetylcholine receptor inhibitory peptides of the present invention are expected to be used in the development of a cosmetic composition for alleviating wrinkles, a medicine for the prevention or treatment of acetylcholine receptor-associated diseases, and a health functional food for the amelioration thereof.
The present invention relates to a mutated immunoglobulin-binding protein having increased alkaline tolerance and, more specifically, to an immunoglobulin-binding protein in which, with respect to the A-domain of Staphylococcal protein A, or a functional variant thereof, an amino acid at a specific site is mutated and thereby exhibits an increased chemical stability at an alkaline pH value in comparison to a parental molecule. The present invention can provide an antibody-purifying immunoglobulin-binding protein ligand and matrix which have enhanced alkaline tolerance and accordingly enhanced stability in multiple times of alkaline cleaning.

Abstract
The present invention relates to an acetylcholine receptor-binding peptide and, more particularly, to a novel peptide that blocks the release of acetylcholine by binding to an acetylcholine receptor on which acetylcholine acts, thus exerting a reductive effect on wrinkles. A peptide according to the present invention has strong affinity for an acetylcholine receptor and thus binds strongly to acetylcholine to repress the release of acetylcholine, whereby a cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition, each comprising the peptide of the present invention as an effective ingredient, exhibit superb wrinkle reduction effects.
