Abstract

A supplying apparatus and a supplying method of granular material in which granular material is supplied to a measuring container provided on a lower side so as to reach a target measurement value which is determined in advance. The supplying apparatus includes a storage container storing granular material, a valve body provided in the storage container so as to be opened when granular material is supplied, and a control section controlling open and close operations of the valve body. The control section keeps the valve body at an open position until a detection value of a detecting section of the measuring container becomes a predetermined value smaller than the target measurement value when the target measurement value exceeds a threshold value which is determined in advance. The control section opens the valve body in a pulsed way until the detection value of the detecting section becomes the target measurement value when the target measurement value is under the threshold value.

Abstract

A mold temperature control device comprising a first medium supply portion for circularly supplying first medium to a medium flow path of a mold, a second medium supply portion for circularly supplying the medium flow path with second medium having temperature different from that of the first medium, and a third medium supply portion for circularly supplying third medium corresponding to the first medium to the medium flow path. The mold temperature control device further comprises a switching connection portion for switching between a medium supply path and a medium return path of each medium supply portion to connect the medium flow path, and a control portion which switches second medium supply mode circularly supplying the second medium to the medium supply path to third medium supply mode circularly supplying the third medium to the medium flow path, and to first medium supply mode supplying the first medium to the medium flow path by controlling the switching connection portion.

Abstract

A discharge apparatus for a powdered or granular material provided at a lower end of a storage part in which a powdered or granular material is stored. The discharge apparatus comprises a material discharge passage connected to the lower end of the storage part and provided with a material discharge port at the terminal end, a valve body opening or closing the discharge port of the material discharge passage, and a valve driving part moving the valve body along a substantially orthogonal direction to a surface of a valve seat around the discharge port. The valve body is so constructed as to form a gap at closed position between the valve body and the surface of the valve seat along the circumferential direction of the discharge port, in which the gap is formed such that a powdered or granular material is not allowed to pass therethrough.

Abstract

A system for dehumidifying and drying a powdered or granular material having a drying hopper, a dehumidifying unit, and a circulation route having a processing gas supply route and a processing gas dehumidifying route that interconnect the drying hopper and the dehumidifying unit to allow processing gas to circulate is proposed. The system repeatedly supplies and circulates the processing gas in the circulation route. The processing gas supply route and the processing gas dehumidifying route are interconnected by a bypass route having a regulation valve. A temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of processing gas exhausted from the drying hopper is installed in the processing gas dehumidifying route. The system further has a control means for controlling opening or closing of the regulation valve, provided in the bypass route, based on a temperature detection signal detected by the temperature sensor. The control by the control means is performed under the condition that the total circulation amount of the processing gas circulated in the circulation route, including the amount of the gas passing through the bypass route, is held substantially constant.

Abstract

A material metering method which is executed by way of multistage metering including a memory in which a target metering time for the each stage of metering except for a first stage of metering is memorized, each of the target time including unstable metering time for drop amount of material whose drop amount per unit time after changed from prior stage of the metering is unstable; a metering time measuring unit for measuring an actual metering time at the each stage of metering; and a set value correction unit for correcting the supply mass switch value at each stage of the metering except for the first stage of metering based on the target metering time and the actual metering time after performing one batch metering, whereby the entire metering time for subsequent batch metering to be performed is more reduced than one batch metering performed.
