Abstract

In a containing device (1) of a folding umbrella (11) bag where an opening operation member (3) for containing an umbrella bag (10) in the body (2) and opening the opening (10a) of the umbrella bag (10) is provided rotatably in the body (2), and the opening (10a) of the umbrella bag (10) is opened by abutting the distal end of the folding umbrella (11) and urging to turn the opening operation member (3), the opening is opened such that the folding umbrella introducing portion (21) at the upper portion of the body becomes continuous to the folding umbrella take-out portion (22) at the side portion of the body, a blade (4) for regulating the bulkiness of the folding umbrella (11) is erected on the folding umbrella (11) take-out side of the opening operation member (3) such that the blade (4) can be turned to the folding umbrella take-out side and reset elastically from the turned state. Labor of the containing operation required for a user is reduced while excellent convenience is ensured and the time required for the containing operation can be shortened per user.
