Abstract

Provided is a method for manufacturing a shoe, which provides customizability and fitting when worn, while shortening the manufacturing time. This method for manufacturing a shoe (1) comprises: a step for designing both inner and outer side parts (20a, 20b) of an insole (20) so as to have arch supports (20A, 20B), and flexing the insole (20) so as not to generate a gap between the insole (20) and a shoe last (M); a hand sewing step including a step for hanging an upper (30) in the insole (20) and a step for sewing blind stitches on the welt (42) of a treading part (13); a step for jointing a part of the shoe (1) formed by the hand sewing step and a separately prepared unit sole (10) the edge of which has been finished from an arch uplift part (12) to a heel part (11); and an edge finishing step for performing outsole stitching only on the treading part.
