Abstract
Provided are a scraper-conveyor chain tension monitoring system and adjustment method; the scraper-conveyor tension monitoring system comprises an industrial camera (3), an image processing module, a signal conditioning module, an industrial control computer, and a scraper conveyor chain tension adjustment system, the industrial camera (3) being disposed on the side of a machine head sprocket (4) facing the scraper conveyor; the industrial camera (3) is connected to the image processing module signal, and sends a captured image signal to the image processing module in real time, and the image processing module extracts the angle between the center line of the scraper chain meshed on the sprocket (4) and the horizontal extension line of the mesh according to the image information, and, by way of the signal conditioning module, converts the signal into an electrical signal and then sends it to the industrial control computer; the industrial control computer adjusts the tension of the scraper chain in real time according to a control signal outputted by a preset system to drive the tension adjustment system of the scraper chain until a preset value is reached. The scraper-conveyor chain tension monitoring system and adjustment method can monitor online and adjust the chain tension of a heavy-duty scraper conveyor in real time, improving the operational efficiency of the scraper conveyor without affecting its normal operation.

Abstract
Disclosed are a chain tension balance control system and method for a permanent-magnet-driven mining scraper conveyor. A shaft I of a tail chain wheel I (14) and a shaft II of a tail chain wheel II (15) are separately arranged; two servo driving hydraulic cylinders are arranged in parallel on a base (29) of a scraper machine; scraper chain strain gages are mounted on some chain links of scraper chains (5); displacement sensors are arranged in both of the two servo driving hydraulic cylinders; the position where each servo driving hydraulic cylinder is connected to a corresponding tail chain wheel is provided with a pull and pressure sensor; and a scraper chain tension signal, displacement signals of the two servo driving hydraulic cylinders, and pull and pressure signals of the two servo driving hydraulic cylinders are respectively transmitted to a chain tension balance control module (28), and the chain tension balance control module (28) calculates a control current according to a preset program and outputs a control current to servo valves of the two servo driving hydraulic cylinders. By means of the chain tension balance control system and method for a permanent-magnet-driven mining scraper conveyor, the problem of imbalance between the tension of two scraper chains (5) during the working process of a scraper machine is effectively solved, and meanwhile, the tension distribution condition of the whole scraper chain (5) is monitored in real time, thereby improving the working efficiency.
