The invention relates to a tilting device (1) for a conveying system, in particular a conveying system of a picking facility, which conveying system has a conveying inlet (13) and a conveying outlet (16), wherein packages (P) can be conveyed from the conveying inlet (13) to the conveying outlet (16) and can be tilted between the conveying inlet (13) and conveying outlet (16). According to the invention, the tilting device (1) has an inlet (E) and at least one outlet (A), wherein a first limb (2), which is connected to the inlet (E) and the outlet (A), and a second limb (3), which is connected to the outlet (A), are provided and the limbs (2, 3) have conveying drives (4, 5) which can be actuated independently of one another and by means of which one or more packages (P) can be conveyed along a conveying direction (F), and have tilting drives (8, 9) which can be activated independently of one another and by means of which the limbs (2, 3) can be pivoted about at least one pivot axis (12), wherein the at least one pivot axis (15) is oriented preferably substantially parallel to the conveying direction (F) such that a package (P) conveyed via the inlet (E) to the tilting device (1) can, depending on the package orientation, either be ejected, without a change in orientation, via the outlet (A) by a first conveying drive (4) of the first limb (2) or can be tilted, by actuation of the tilting drives (8, 9), from the first limb (2) to the second limb (3), after which the package (P), with a changed orientation, can be ejected via the outlet (A) by a second conveying drive (5) of the second limb (3) along the conveying direction (F). Abstract

The invention relates to a method for handling goods with a handling system, in particular for order-picking goods (2) with an order-picking system (1), wherein goods (2) are removed from a store and positioned on a target load carrier, the goods (2) being moved from the store onto the target load carrier by a robot and/or a conveyor system. In order to achieve particularly high efficiency and at the same time a low error rate, it is provided according to the invention that properties of the goods (2), in particular strength, rigidity, weight, surface composition and/or centre of gravity, are detected, and boundary conditions, up to which operation of the robot and/or the conveying system is ensured depending on properties of the goods (2), are determined with reference to data regarding operation of the handling system (1), in particular data regarding errors during movements of the goods (2), after which operation of the handling system (1) is adapted depending on detected properties of the goods (2), in particular by adapting forces and/or accelerations which are applied to the goods (2) by the robot and/or the conveyor system. The invention further relates to a handling system, in particular an order-picking system (1), with which goods (2) can be moved from a store onto a target load carrier by a conveyor system and/or a robot.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for moving goods (1), in particular in an automated storage facility, wherein goods (1), in particular from a storage facility, are moved onto a load carrier, in particular onto a tray (2), after which the goods (1) are moved by the load carrier over a conveyor section (3), after which the goods (1) are moved from the load carrier, in particular are pushed off the load carrier by a pusher (4). In order to achieve a particularly efficient method, according to the invention the load carrier is moved to a first removal position, at which a first good (1) is pushed off, after which either the load carrier is moved back into the storage facility together with a second good (1) and the second good (1) is moved from the load carrier at a later time, or the load carrier is moved to a second removal position, at which the second good (1) is moved from the load carrier. The invention further relates to a device (19) for targeted movement of goods (1), in particular of an automated storage facility, having a conveyor section (3), on which load carriers with goods (1) can be moved, wherein at least one unit, in particular a pusher (4), is provided, with which goods (1) can be moved from, in particular can be pushed off, the load carrier, in particular transverse to the conveying direction (14) of the conveyor section (3).
